She sold us stuff that we didn't need, and told us we did need it. She rushed the whole process of getting the new phone (which I've had issues non stop since getting it). Definitely won't ever go back to this location again!

Such a bad customer service. I have been to many fido store and this is the worse. I got couple of questions for my bill. For the whole time the lady named Simren keep holding a I don't care attitude and try to kick the ball to another department. Feels like she doesn't really want to help me and just want me to leave ASAP. What a horrible stuff. Super bad customer service!

She gave such a fantastic and superb plan and explained me the details so well.
