The last sub I got here was perfectly made to my specifications. Skimpy on the onions but willingly added more at my request. I have been going to this location for many years. I think the ownership changed a couple years ago, and after that it seemed they were really skimping on the ingredients, and at one point I vowed to not go back because of that. The other day I took another chance and the server did not skimp. I think it might depend on who is serving you, and if they are related to the owner.

Just went through the drive thru on Bayfield st. Drive thru speaker not working. Ordered a assorted sub on white. Sub bun is stale and lettuce is turning brown. Ever since this store changed owners can't seem to get a fresh sub no matter what bun choice I choose. Time to try subway

This place was good with the old owners Ted and Diane. It went downhill fast after the original girl they had during the day went to another location. She was awesome. Then she left and nobody there seemed to care. 1 or 2 maybe. Repeat problems even after schooling them on how to fix it. I quit going there and I was there 2-3 times a day at one point for the coffee and subs.

We went here tonight, the food was so good, the subs were packed full of ingredients, everything was fresh and the restaurant was super clean! The lady serving tonight was so friendly, and helpful, easily some of the best customer service I've experienced recently. We will definitely be coming back, thank you very much!

This is what I received!! Wrong order, soggy and gross!! Wouldn't even feed this to the dog. Called the store and the lady was very rude and tried to blame it on Skip the Dishes! Then she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owners information. She said sorry

2022 October: 2/5-the drive thru lady was friendly but with their drive thru microphone out of order, the new area where I had to place my order did not have a menu...been a while since I ordered from Mr. Sub and the products I wanted they no longer carried (Corned Beef sandwich) so just went elsewhere to eat as was a hassle to figure out what they sold...

30 min of sitting in the drivethru. I would of left but I have vehicles in front and behind. Then get the order and it’s wrong. Staff rude. Can’t tap because it wants a “tip.”Here’s one;Just fix the drive thru.I’m not tipping when I’m stuck in your drive through for 30 minutes.Seriously though, It’s part of running a business. The batteries in the doorbell are broken too at that, so can’t even use that.
