“We don’t serve walk ups”Lol! Because a car might hit me in the drive through? Let’s talk about Quebec where the stores are still closed because Cove it fearmonger them and people are lined up in the drive-through on foot like I was tonight.This is why businesses are hurting they wouldn’t take my money crazy!!! Minimum wage, slackers fooling. Sad.

8 times out of 10 my order is messed up at this specific McDonald's. Whether I order drive thru, mobile or in person. My orders aren't overly complicated. This morning I ordered a bagel BLT. The tomato was missing and the bacon was barely cooked, completely inedible. It's a 3 ingredient sandwich, how do you possibly mess that up? It's happened too many times now. Once or twice, sure, mistakes happen. But every time? I've said it before but I'm done with this location. It's the closest one to my house and work but I'd rather drive across town to the other location.

Had a long wait for someone to take our order, there wasn't anyone in line at all. I was rang up incorrectly on 3 items which I had to bring to the cashiers attention. Honestly, no big deal - stuff happens, but then she just looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked for a refund and for the items to be rung up correctly. Thankfully the manager did help get the situation resolved.Play place is closed.Overall the place is filthy. I understand no refills because of covid but the lack of cleanliness negates that. They use covid as reasoning for adjusting operations but fail to complete general cleaning of high traffic surfaces. Yikes.

Waited 15 minutes to get served at the drive through while the girl had her mic on talking to her coworkers, finally ordered and got home to find out that the whole order was wrong and missing items. This isn’t the first time and at this point I doubt it will be the last can you also explain to me how it’s okay to serve undercooked chicken

Was in today at 7:56PM. Ordered a Quarter BLT. It came with no bacon on it, no cheese, and no condiments. It was awful! I paid for an upgrade to waffle fries, and was given two waffle fries and they filled the rest of the box with regular fries. At minimum, they could have let me know there were no waffle fries left or parked me while they dropped more. This is absolutely awful customer service.

I go here a lot with my friend after school when we're bored amd there's room for improvement. Obviously you can't expect a lot but still, it could be cleaner and multiple people who ordered from the kiosks didn't get a receipt and so they didn't know their order number.

Ordered 4 coffees and gave specific instructions to add sugar and milk for 3 of them. After we get the coffees we realized that they did not add them at all. I went to the counter and respectfully told the tall girl wearing a cap and glasses that you forgot the sugar can you please add some sugar in our coffee ? She throws the sugar in front of us very rudely. Tbh I don't expect that much from McDonalds, but if the manager or her colleagues read this, please consider booking her an appointment with a therapist. Every time I go to this Mcd’s the food is on point. French fries are warm and crispy. Burgers are delicious and the staff is very friendly! One of my favorite locations!
