We have Beanfield at work. The internet service is absolutely great. It is fast both upload and download and not yet any outages. Five stars here.The phone service is adequate. Three stars here.When I had to switch away to using other services (for reasons not related to the phone service itself, but to accommodating equipment related to hearing impairment), customer service was good. Four stars here.

Fastest internet service around, and the technicians are quick to come if there’s any issue. Used to have issues going on certain websites like ticketmaster (a few years ago) but that’s all solved now.Price is INCREDIBLE for 2Gbit speeds

THIS IS THE BEST AND HANDS DOWN TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDER. Their customer service is just top notch. Prices are cheap for all of their plans. Everyone are very nice, proffessional and attentive especially to Diego. He went above and beyond in resolving my issue. Definitely gonna recommend Beanfield to my friends and family!

Been using Beanfield since June 2020 and did not experience connectivity issues even once.Rogers shut the whole country down twice in the same time frame lolBest network I have used so far and don’t expect any other network to outperform them.Also, customer service is top notch!

charged my credit card without my consent, took months to cancel my internet service that i never asked for and kept charging me for three months. worst ever customer service and very incompetent agents. had the audacity to remember my card and would not forget it even after i’ve asked several times. had to lock my card eventually to avoid getting charged. you’re very lucky i didn’t sue for fraud.

The absolute best internet company in Toronto! We had to switch to another company once we moved out of their service area and it was the saddest part of leaving the city. In the 5+ years we were with Beanfield, we never had any service or customer service issues - everything is top notch.Please, for the love of all things good, broaden your service area to KW soon!!!!!

The internet service is great however if you are including tv in your plan you should be aware of a few things.No 4K offerings, no surround sound audio only stereo, persistent issues with syncing of audio during live events, and their PVR recording system is poor because quite often the guide is incorrect.
