Discount Tire ReviewIt’s hard to say anything negative about this shop because it was my decision to take my car there. My Lexus Is350 went in to have 4 tires replaced and an alignment done. I supplied the tires. When I received the car back in the afternoon the two rear rims were scratched. The shop owner did own up to the damages but really didn’t care. He mentioned it was like having a windshield replaced and you get a chip when you leave the shop. I disagree because I thought my car was at a qualified tire shop. Clearly they do not have the equipment or experience to do larger (18”) rims. I would not recommend this shop for people who are car people and are looking for a shop to do a quality and careful job. I found very little integrity in the shop as well as I was charged an additional $110 to reset the tire pressure sensor without being told about the additional charge. When I asked about the additional charge he immediately became defence and told me how much his machines cost etc rather than explain the situation.I guess this is what I get when I choose convenience because I should have gone to a place like tire terminal. I don’t even want to get into the whole alignment discussion.After this experience I wound never go to another Tire Discounter and especially this place.

Tony is a trustworthy mechanic who offers services at a good price. My family has been going to him for years, even though we don't live too close anymore, he's worth the trip. Good mechanics are hard to come by and Tony is definitely one of them!

The crew at this shop is so pleasant and welcoming. Never feel out of place and Tony is very helpful and makes buying tires a breeze. Prices are always more than fair and will continue to rely on the shop for any repairs or tires!

Tony is a great find! Fixed up 3 of my cars in short succession - cars that nobody else seemed to be able work out what was going wrong with them. And his prices on tires is very good. Tony takes the time to actually investigate and do some research and solve problems. My go to guy!

Always great service from Tire Discounter of Acton! Tony always goes above and beyond for his clients. Prices are fair, you get more than what you pay for, and never any scamming or suggestions of work for things you don't actually need.

Tony and his team are great. Went in for a tire leak and it was repaired in under a hour. Fast friendly and affordable!

Tony is the best I have going to him for almost 10 years. He is extremely honest and explains everything that he has done. He never has made me wait for service. I wouldn't trust anyone else but him.
