I use their service a few times, I didn’t have any issues until the last time I went there. I brought a fairly expensive pair of pants in and they didn’t do a simple alteration correctly. I won’t be going back there.

This place is a joke, they are extremely unprofessional and will rip you off. I brought my coat in because my zipper wasn’t working, I asked them if they could fix it and he said no you have to replace it. He was going to charge me $50 for a new zipper that costs $2.I went somewhere else, not only was the zipper fixable, it was nowhere near $50 worth of work. Don’t go here, they will just lie to you and overcharge you. Take your business elsewhere!

Did an excellent job of sewing my uniform patches on with the correct measurements. It was a rush, and they had it done perfectly in less than 24hrs. Also didn't sew through the lining which is a bonus. Very professional and great price for such quick turnaround.

Needed pants taken in,was in a rush,as my flight was that day.The lady was so nice and she did the job at a great price and even faster than I expected. I see very professional and hard working people. I never do reviews but they deserve an excellent one.I will go back anytime. Thanks.

Got two pairs of pants hemmedCons- I dropped off my pants on Saturday, and they weren't ready until Wednesday.Pros- Both pairs are now perfect length, the hem looks great and the thread used is the exact same colour as the thread already used for the pants

Great tailors but hours are 9 to 5. Saturday morning had to wait 15 minutes before owner arrived. Convenient location on way to Costco.

They were supposed to hem a dress by about 5 inches and I didn't have time to try it on when I picked it up. They didn't do anything. The dress wasn't hemmed at all. Total ripoff.
