I've been at this clinic two times with my cats and I have only good things to say about them. Dr Bromhorst is amazing, patient, informative and compassionate. The staff, especially Lyne is also very kind and understanding. We had to put our 20 yrs old cat to sleep and they treated us with a lot of respect. Thank you again

These guys are amazing! I have a rescue 1.5 hours away and they are always there for me. Always have space, work with feral cats like a champ. You literally can see the fear in their eyes drop over the appointment. Great prices, availability and service. I love them!

Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. I had a package that included cleaning my cat’s teeth as well as other scheduled procedures to be done for my ailing feline. We had agreed, a month prior, to a quote with signatures. The day of they presented me with a quote of the same amount, but both removed the cleaning and had not verbally told me that the quote was different from the signed first quote. All this to avoid cleaning an already anaesthetized cat, knowing full well that a cat can’t go under for another extended period of time, just to secure another bill.All this after 20 years as a customer, bringing in my own cats as well as strays in hopes of making their lives a little easier and healthier. Disgraceful behaviour for so called animal people.

Best Vet Ever!! The staff here is amazing. My new kitten hurt her eye and they were able to get in and checked out in less than an hour. They call after a few days to check on the cat's if they have been sick. No matter how busy they are they take the time to answer all my questions and are so very kind and caring. Quick shout out to Lyne and Dr Chartrand, our favorites, Baby Boy and Foxy adore them and are never afraid when we go to visit them. The prices are reasonable. The wait times are normal. The quality of service is exceptional.

I love this place, they are patient, and caring with my pets, unlike some places where they rush you out.

I'll never be able to thank the people at this clinic for giving me 4 more years with my cat. You saved him and gave me the opportunity to enjoy 4 more Christmases of seeing him play with the decorations! The staff at the front desk are helpful compassionate and professional.

Called on a weekend, as one of my cats was not feeling well. Their technician and staff were very helpful in recommending some vet gastrointestinal cat food that I can come pick up. Also, they did book him on Monday for a follow-up. The admin staff, the technician, and the vet were all very professional and welcoming. Not only are their vet prices very food, but also the prices of the various pet food and items they have in their storefront. Of all the places I called that weekend, they were the most helpful (and I wasn't even a client registered with them!). Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
