The UPS Store

I came to pick up my package and someone at the warehouse on faithful messed up I scheduled an pick up and they messed up and called it back to the warehouse after I called three time to make sure I could get it and the male worker at the UPS store did everything he could he stayed after hours to try and help me to solve the issue gave options on how to solve the problem of me not getting my package at the place and time given to me on the UPS info notice and on the phone by a female worker

Waited about 10 minutes in an empty store for somebody to help me, gave the store a quick ring to get their attention. Cost me 45 bucks to ship a 1.1 lbs package.

This is the worst delivery service, they’ve had an item at their location over a week claiming they didn’t have delivery information. All information including phone number was on shipping label. If you have to use a courier service use Fedex instead!

Paid ALOT extra for 1 day shipping .... 2 days later no sign of it ... only weather delay shows up on tracking ... it’s -7 the roads and weather are clear went to the shop closest to my house ... no package .. it’s at the warehouse in Saskatoon ... that was checked in the day it was supposed to be delivered .. I asked if I can go pick it up at the warehouse ... no it’s closed ... can i get a refund for my overpayment ? No ... there are no guarantees ... look ... if you cant guarantee your shipping dates ... don’t take triple the money .... or at least give an option for people to come pick up the item on that day .. so here is my guarantee ... I’ll use ANY other delivery service before trusting UPS.

After receiving my iMac and accessories from a friend of mine who has a courier service, the UPS boys wrapped her nice and tight - they did an incredible job, let me assure you. I am very grateful for the great job they did, and their exceptional communications with mama bear who was worried sick about her baby. It is now safe and sound in BC. Thanks again, guys!

Needed to drop off a package for shipment.The old lady who works here is sharp and knows her stuff.She found two problems with my package preparation and helped fix them on the spot. Had I submitted the package in the absence of her vigilance, my package would not have made it to its destination.Big thank you to the old lady who works here. She can match tracking numbers between the computer screen and a sticker faster than I can.

They don't answer the phone EVER. I called multiple times on multiple days. No proper answering machine. When I brought us this issue at the store they didn't seem to care at all. Would give zero starts for customer service.

This location is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and almost always know what I'm calling about before I finish the explanation...it's not because I go every day, but because they know their business. Very fast, efficient service is provided and they are friendly here, huge bonus. I highly recommend this store.

Store is clean and quiet, the staffs are nice. I got my package send to US only for 30 bucks. And what's more, I printed 2000 flyers for my small business. They told me about their secure shredding service, I think I will go here again to do shredding for my personal information and business credential information. Definitely gonna come back!
