I came to La Baie for a work for two days. This hotel was way above my expectation. Cozy rooms. Noise from the refrigerator in the room was only thing to improve. Good breakfast cooked nicely. Staffs here helped me before I ask.

Beautiful location overlooking the bay. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, but comfortable. Breakfast ok. Friendly service. Didn't try the spa.

Located facing the lake, this is a quiet oasis with a Nordic spa, very nice restaurant, and clean rooms. There is original art throughout the hotel. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms have lovely bathtubs and all the conveniences one needs.

Wonderfull place in the beautifull city of La Baie. The Auberge des 21 is charming and provide confortable room and facility. The room are quiet and cozy. The spa section is a nice place to relax. The staff are amazing. One last word on the restaurant: Amazing, one of the best table in the Region. The food is awesome and the wine selection worth the trip. Amazing time, will certainly re visit the auberge

Beautiful dining at the Le Doyen dining restaurant of Auberge des 21. We had the 9 course meal which was the chef's choice.

The beds were actually comfortable, which I didn't expect. Everything is pretty except three things. The bathrooms are disgusting, the wifi is slow and the coffee almost made my mother throw up.

Welcome in a nice placeThe rooms are good, beds are as good as at home. As it was cold outside, I did not use the areas at the water, but it looked nice.Breakfast is not in buffet form but is served... something different but ok. Food is tasty and fresh.

Awful service. I made reservation for 2 rooms but I mixed up city (2 hours drive difference). My 1st technician was already there when I realized mistake. I called the owner to try to find agreement and she have been awful. I called Expedia that agreed to reimburse me for 2nd room I did not use and owner disagreed. I booked room at 4:00 pm for same night stay and called again at 9:00 to try to cancel room. She argued she would be able to rent room if I did not rent it. On Expedia website, 4 rooms left after my reservation. I would never stay there again.

Room and room service much better than average hotel. Location is key: it's right beside La Baie. Wonderful to have a walk anytime and there was a different cruise ship each day of our stay. The personnel are uber friendly and the food is impressively diverse and delicious. We were authorized to charge our electric car but the outlet did not have a powerful output.
