We purchased masks and other PPE through McCarthy’s website. Used the website which was easy. Delivery was quick. Had occasion to speak to senior management about the products and she was very helpful. Have shopped at the Hamilton store as well and have had great experiences.

The young man who helped my two daughters was very courteous and helpful. We received our products very quickly and he anticipated what we needed. I felt that the prices are good for nice products. Will definitely head back there for additional items when needed.

Very bad service with head office. Can never get through and no way to connect with a person on hold for over and hour. Items on back order and still waiting and we are almost in November. Schools should look at having more than one vendor. Very dissapointing They hand cuff you

The staff welcoming and patient, answering all of our questions. Our experience was worth the short wait in line. Quality clothes and items for school at reasonable prices. Very pleased!

So expensive!!!! I went on a very busy day. There was a que to be served, I think I waited an hour. I missed them calling my number by 1 (my daughter was bored and talking my ear l off).. I apologized profusely, and the staff were quite rude - rolling their eyes and generally being snappish. I get that they were busy, and it was hot. Honestly though, over a hundred dollars for one skirt let alone the other things she needs and hours of waiting (a lineup to leave). Not the best experience.

The service was great. It is pricy but then again it is uniforms. They staff were very knowledgeable and so helpful. We were able to get everything we needed in no time at all. They had booths for the kids to try on the uniforms, made recommendations and lots of helpful tips.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR KIDS UNIFORMS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!I ordered uniforms for my daughter with them, she then decided she wanted to go to public school, their refund policy clearly states ypu can return for a refund. Only when you try to cancel your order to get your refund they give you the run around. Now im out over $200 and I'm not sure when I will be getting it back! They have terrible costumer service.

I was on hold since the beginning of the pandemic and now I finally got through to someone at head office.Customer service is declining at a rapid pace and I don’t have the heart to break it to my little dog Rashnu, this ultimately means I’m going to have to get his little outfits and uniforms from some other place other than here.He’s very picky on what he wears from uniform places, so this is no good to be on hold this long.
