WORST customer service you can imagine!I bought a wallet from this boutique (3401 Dufferin st. Yorkdale mall) back in November and I was promised that it would be here before my husband’s birthday. After a week they called me to go and pick it up. I opened the box in the store and the box was empty. Thank god I opened the box in the store , otherwise how could I prove that nothing was in it to these scammers! They said that it’s never happened before , they will order another one for me and make sure I receive it on time. Long story short, after more than a month going back and forth with them they said they can’t do anything. I asked for my refund and they said they will process it. However after a week I checked my credit card and noticed I wasn’t still refunded. I called Fendi customer service and found out the store manager never processed my refund and she didn’t even respond back to the emails from customer service either. Do not waste your money in this location. They are scam, not professional and not up to Fendi standards at all. They just charge your credit card and then you’re on your own. Be careful!

Out of all the higher-end boutiques Yorkdale has to offer, Fendi may have the best customer service of them all. I had bought my mother a belt around 1 year ago for her birthday and was left with a great impression of the store. The manager (Brian) was such a nice and helpful person. He really paid attention to details (more on this later) and created a positive experience for me. Since my initial visit, I have gone back several times to resize the belt. Again, service has been great.Yes, the store IS on the smaller side but it doesn’t significantly alter the shopping experience. All of their most popular items are on hand.

Terrible customer services!! The manager does not sound trust worthy either! I had some Payment issues and the manager could not fix it! Very disappointed!

Customer service was not great at all. I did not receive a box with the purchase of my purse and attempted to contact the sales advisor I shopped with on 3 separate occasions and I have still not received a return call. Will not be shopping at this location again.

I've gotten a few handbags from this location. Kate was the SA that I purchased from (definitely recommend!).I had bought handbags for both my mom and I. One of the bags was a limited edition monster bag, which Kate had gotten it shipped from Vancouver to Toronto for me. Everything went by very smooth and she had kept in touch with me via phone. All in all, a great experience!

I love this Fendi location. Every single sales associate is very nice and helpful! They have a very good selections here. Yorkdale Fendi is where you need to go!

Amazing customer service. Love their collection.Andrew has been very helpful throughout the shopping experience there. All the associates are always there to help.
