Rented a cargo truck from most convenient u-haul. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The person who had the truck before was going to be 1/2 hour late returning it, so staff called me to let me know. Will rent again in the future from this location.

Be aware, these guys are crooks. Rented a 9' van for a small local move. I was told the gas tank is full and they want it full when I return. The gas meter showed the needle at full. After driving total 28 KMs, had to put in ~14.5 Litres. The owner guy tells me it goes 10 KM per liter. I think the meter gauge has been made to show full when its not really full. He refused to adjust the bill and when I told him I'll file a complaint against you, he told me nothing will happen

Bill turned out being over 1000$ for 9 days for a 15 ft moving truck there is no deal with longer term rentals u get what u get be happy you got something and was called and told they were going to report truck stolen if not back in time was not impressed with that made me feel like a criminal racing against the clock to get them the truck back in time

It took them almost 15 minutes for them to get the simple paperwork as they kept leaving to attend to store customers. Didn’t even tell me where the truck was and I went in circles around the store to find it.

Scam Alert! Make sure you take pictures of km and fuel level before and after rental. Tried to scam me but didn’t work out for them!!! Counter guy is a door knob, so rude!!!
