Natalie did my June 29, 2019 wedding and she was amazing. She was great for advocating for what you want and contacting vendors directly. She was super awesome the day of and did not hover. She noticed things that even I did not notice and spoke to the vendors about it directly, even at some points requesting refunds/discounts based on quality and services received. Even after the wedding and everything was sorted away, she maintained contact and was willing to help resolve any issues that we had ongoing with vendors. It was invaluable to have someone who has so much experience with both vendors and with wedding planning itself. Highly recommended, and very reasonably priced for all the experience you get.

Natalie and her team are fantastic and we would recommend them in a heart beat. She was so thoughtful and brought up things that hadn't even occurred to us - very detail oriented. She is such a professional that she was able to immediately remedy any potential issues the day of without us even knowing so we could fully enjoy our wedding and be in the moment. She worked very well with our vendors to ensure our event was seamless. At first we weren't sure that we needed a day of wedding coordinator but once we got closer to the event we realized it was so worth it. We are so happy we went with Natalie - she really knows what she is doing, services are reasonably priced, she provides great customer service and piece of mind to even the most high maintenance brides! Natalie was everything we needed! We threw her a curve ball by planning a celebration with a wedding mixed in ;) It was nothing she had done before and still she knocked it out of the park. Her communication was exceptional. She clearly understood my vision for the day and executed it perfectly! Highly recommend.

We hired Lighthouse wedding coordinator for the day of our wedding. They went over and above! Met with me twice before the wedding and kept correspondence the months leading up to the big day. My mind was at ease throughout the planning process and the day of was a huge success thanks to them! If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again for all your hard work!!

We cannot thank Natalie enough for all the time and effort she put into coordinating our wedding. When I emailed her three weeks before the wedding in a panic, she jumped in head first with no hesitation at all and with such enthusiasm as well. Every single one of my guests has told us how beautiful, organized and well thought out the wedding was and a very large portion is a credit to you and your teammate. We kept saying thank the heavens we have Natalie to do her thing, because without her and Bobbie we would have been so lost. Thank you for taking my vision and running with it, the venue looked sensational, you definitely have an eye for design. Thank you a million times over!!

Natalie is fantastic to work with! She is punctual, professional and pleasant.We didn't have tons of time to plan my daughters wedding but Natalie got on top of it immediately. She had many contacts which helped us rent / order what we needed.Natalie also had many great ideas. Although I had a lot of experience - both attend and taking part in - weddings, there are some things I missed and Natalie brought it to our attention :)There were also a few things that went sideways at our reception ( fault of the venue) the day of - but no one was the wiser as Natalie took charge and took care of it allWe're so glad Natalie worked with us to make our daughters wedding perfect!

When I first started looking for a wedding planner I had no idea what I was even looking for. I had reached out to a couple companies but they were all booked up from post Covid weddings. Natalie was recommended by one of theseCompanies. Once I reached out to her she had gotten back to me rather quickly and said she was available for our date and asked that we set up a zoom meeting to chat and see if we’d mesh well. About 1 minute into our meeting I think we both knew we were the right fit for each other!! Natalie was very organized and quick to get everything needed in order as our date was soon approaching. She was considerate of our budget, needs and wants! She was very thorough with rentals and booking as she was travelling to come to us because we live up north in Peace River.Natalie arrived 4 days before our date with her assistant to do setup and go over last minute finalizations! Everything was beyond perfect and she very much so understood the assignment as I can be quite picky. She has an eye for detail but also persistence when my husband and I are procrastinators.All her suggestions as suit rentals/ custom suits, decor rentals, stationery, dj and everything else in between is what made our day so unbelievable epic. With her team that she had put in place and build for us we can’t thank her enough.On the day of the wedding although there was minor situations like not having some draping around the arch because of wind, (good call, it would have been all over my bridesmaids) because nothing ever goes perfectly as planned, my husband and I didn’t worry about one single thing as we knew Natalie would figure it out and take care of it. She even showed up to car as soon as I arrived to the venue with scissors because my hook for my bustle was caught in the stitching of the seat.There was not one task too big or too small that she wasn’t more than willing to execute perfectly.We can’t thank you enough for such a perfect day and throughout the whole planning and execute process we had said so many times “Thank god we have Natalie”. We love you so much and miss you already!!

Used Lighthouse Wedding Coordinator for my wedding a few years ago. I just used her for day of decorating & she was absolutely the easiest person to deal with.
