Many, many moons ago, when my family moved into this house (19 years ago and counting), we built new and had CAT5E cables run throughout the walls, in expectation that - at the time - we'd use plug-in internet for all the computers scattered around the house. I will not even hesitate in calling Trifecta the next time I need an electrician. Right from the first phone call I had with Mark, I felt confident in his knowledge, and like I was the only priority he had. I have changed a light fixture before, but that is pretty much my experience with electrical, and had no clue how to even find the issue with why my one wall had no power, but a room on the same breaker did. After explaining this to Mark on the phone right away he said he had a few ideas and we arranged to meet so he could have a quick look. When he showed up for our appointment Mark was very professional, but made sure that as he explained things I understood what he was saying. I never felt pressured to hurry our appointment, or to schedule someone to come and fix. Instead, he explained to me what the problem most likely was, and how I could (only if I felt comfortable) check the light fixture he suspected to be the issue. Because I have changed a fixture before I thanked him and told him I would let him know. My problem is fixed, (had it not been I would have needed to call someone), but I have never had a professional in any trade, offer a solution I could look at before booking someone out. To offer help like this is the best customer service anyone could ask for. Trying to help the customer help themselves first, shows me that Mark truly does not look at it as making money off the customer, instead he looks at it as, lets get this fixed as quick and affordably as possible.

Mark and his team at Trifecta Electrical completed my work on time and under budget. The service was excellent and the lighting looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Trifecta!

On Sunday out hottub stopped working. I messaged Mark and he came in right away despite the fact it was a weekend. My wife and I were worried about the pipes freezing as we are in -30 weather.He took time to diagnose the issue, and then quickly made the repair that was needed.We have dealt with Mark before for electrical needs at our home. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Marc at Trifecta to do a small job for my business. It wasn't a huge job -It was a doorbell that wasn't working after a new front door being installed. But right from the beginning you could tell that Marc and his team were different. They were very quick to get out to the jobsite and assess the situation. Once they found the problem it was as simple as go get the parts, install, test clean the site and done. there was no waiting to order parts , there was no we will be back to finish next week . It was a very quick and efficient process. With how well everything went I was sure that the bill was going to be astronomical but much to my surprise it was even lower then I thought. Mark is a great electrician, going above and beyond.
