Unfortunately terrible experience. 3 months to fix a water heater. I understand the problem was that more parts were needed. I always have to call them to ask if new parts have arrived. When I call they always tell me, sorry, we have your parts, lets schedule an appointment (which takes 2-3 weeks). In summary, just waiting to get this fixed to cancel the monthly quote

Ian came to inspect our leaking faucet, diagnosed the problem and explained our options and associated costs for both repair and replacement. We opted to replace and he made sure we were going to order the right type of faucet. Very professional and we will definitely have him back to install once we receive our new faucets!

I had a slow sewage backup that needed attention. Ian and Carlos came out and went above and beyond to fix the problem. The camera/auger combo is nice because I was starting to get worried about the integrity of the pipe being in an older home, so it does add comfort to see what your system looks like. Really appreciate what they did for us.

Dave also looked at the kitchen sink and tightened the loose faucet (much appreciated), as well as, inspected the basement bathroom, the heater and furnace, which are in need of repairs and gave me a 30 day estimate. He was very thorough, pleasant and professional. Great job, Dave!

I’m very very pleased with the work done by Dave and his helpers. They spent two days in my home replacing the poly-B water piping. They knew I wanted minimal damage to my ceilings as they replaced all the water piping to the kitchen and bathrooms and absolutely complied with that request. They were really personable and answered all my questions and concerns. I’d absolutely use them again. They get more than five stars!

I replaced the main water shutoff valve for my house. Ian showed up on time, and did a great job. He worked with Epcor to have my water turned back on, and checked for leaks before he left. Good work, but a bit pricey.

Capital installed a new hot water heater in my home. A year after installation I noticed the unmistakable smell of natural gas odorant near the gas control valve (this was likely leaking since installation but I only noticed it by fluke because bent down to pick up a dropped object near the tank and noticed the smell). I called then to have a look and was told I would have to pay the service fee plus any repair costs even if the leak was confirmed to have been a result of their installation. The receptionist was rude and dismissive and told me to call ATCO if I am not happy with what they are willing to offer. Unacceptable!
