Do NOT use Thomas Landscape and Design for your landscaping or mulch products. In my opinion, they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Here is how they treated me.Yesterday I called to place an order for 4 yards of playground mulch and was told it would be delivered between 4-7 pm today. I also needed some bags of white stone which the representative told me they would throw on the truck as well but I needed to stop in to pick out the stone and make sure it was the right one. I stopped in, paid for 6 bags of stone and the mulch and they offered to load the stone into my car or again throw it on the truck" with my mulch delivery.At around 5 pm I needed to run an errand so I called Thomas and asked if they could just drop the mulch in my backyard since it was paid for. I was told I needed to be home for them to drop it in my backyard so they called me when the driver left and I ran home to meet the driver.The driver asked me where I would like the mulch dropped and I asked if he could take it to the backyard where the playground is located. He threw up his hands in the air and rolled his eyes. He told me he had a heavy truck and didn't want to take it in my yard. I explained to him that I was not concerned about my yard as I've just had concrete removed and bobcats all over the yard anyway. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful and told me to "hurry up" bc he had other jobs and they were short handed. I simply could not have it dropped in my driveway for a number of reasons. I told him he could just return the mulch and I called in for a refund. He was also rude to my family members who were here helping me.Thomas refunded me the mulch but would not refund me the $29 delivery fee. If you know me

Great selection and availability for bulk materials, best black mulch around and as a landscape contractor I won't use any other mulch. Most of all other companies and garden centers' mulch has inferior dyes and processes that wash out quickly but not Thomas!

Great experience as a landscaping contractor. Always have what we need in stock when we need it.Staff are always helpful

They did a real nice job on our walkway and very competitively priced. As with any project that's big enough to take several days to execute, you should supervise intermittently and ask questions along the way to make sure there's mutual understanding that what's being done is aligning with your expectations. That's normal and is not at all a negative point. Thomas' were very helpful and responsive. I'm very pleased with the end result.

I went to Thomas Landscape to pick up some sand for a project, they confirmed with me what type of sand I needed to use and allowed me to buy all the sand and since I wanted to use my own truck to bring it home they wrote me separate pickup slips" so I could pick up the sand at my own pace. The machine driver that loaded the sand was a very nice gentleman and allowed me time to put down a tarp in the bed of my truck

First time visiting.and Was quite impressed. staff Jessica and heather were extremely helpful , helped me from beginning to end. Prices were very reasonable will definitely be back

Harley and his crew did a FABULOUS job replacing our extensive mulch beds with cobblestone. The highest quality work. Neat and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased.

Thomas Landscape did an awesome job! My yard is really bumpy and slopes in one direction. They leveled the area before the playset was put up, then came back after and framed it and put down the landscape fabric and mulch. This project was a big deal for me, something special I wanted to do for my son that I hope he will enjoy for years to come. The fact that the entire crew was friendly and patient when my son asked questions meant a lot. They were all very professional as well, and the owner was out with them on the job at times as well. I highly recommend them and would definately use them for future projects.

Wonderful experience! Delivered my mulch on time. Driver was very courteous and respectful of my property. Customer service was very friendly and helped me figure out the proper measurements for my mulch delivery.
