Fantastic personalized service from Brandon and his crew. We service 3 vehicles threw his shop from maintenance to new tires. His front desk staff are always on point with communicating any issues or recommendations to our cars.

Brandon and the technical crew are true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. They know the manufacturers' specs on tires, oil requirements and tuning better that than the dealers' service shops. Always pleased with the service.

Have used this shop for tires only for my last 2 cars but in the last year or so have decided to all services to them for several reasons1.) my own experience…tire sales and service is excellent. Tire changeover is never a hassle always fast and easy and no charge.2.) recommended by my own family members who also use this shop for their cars….not disappointed since I started using for oil changes and other service.3.) easy to schedule appointment and work is done in promised timeframe.I would recommend to anyone

I've been a customer for years. Professional and clear communication about the services they offer/recommend. They offer great value, quick service and transparent recommendations - what's required to repair/replace versus what's not. It's obvious they care about customer service.

As a car guy that does allot of work himself and has standards beyond what most people expect when getting their car service. I can tell you that these guys are awesome. This is the only shop that I will take any of my cars too. Just had a new purchase in for a safety and once again the work was completed quickly and at a very reasonable rate. A++++

I have been taking my car to these guys for about eight years. I am proactive with car maintenance but I have concluded I cannot trust the work they do.Brandon, Josh, Thomas and the other guys up front are very nice and the amount charged for services are moderate. However, they have failed on more than one occasion to fix the problem I paid to have fixed. ☹

Brandon is wonderful. He goes above and beyond for his customers, very personable and professional. He has saved me a few times from car issues and I 100% recommend.

So I bought my winter tires and rims here about four years ago The price and service was excellent. They even offered a free changeover service as an ongoing offer. But here's where things go off the rails for me. It's worth noting that you need to go to this specific store (where I bought the tires) in order to get the complementary changeover, as it's not offered at most other locations. Every time I need to book the changeover service I need to get it reserved at least three to four weeks in advance if not longer before I can get my car in. Rarely is there availability on a weekend or in the evening. They seem to be booked up all the time. So more often than not I go to the dealer and spend 60 bucks to get it done because I know I can get an appointment sooner rather than later. Since I've been working from home this year I decided to make an early morning appointment and booked it about three weeks ago. When I showed up this morning I was about 10 or 15 minutes late because of traffic and they had bumped me out of my spot and pushed me back an hour. Now I understand the traffic isn't their fault, but I didn't take to kindly to losing my spot. Kinda like going to a restaurant and they will typically hold your reservation for at least 15 minutes. Now I don't now much about swapping tires, but I can tell you it doesn't take more than 10-20 minutes to change over tires that are already on rims. There were 4-5 service advisors out front and when I barked about being bumped I got attitude" from at least two of them. It would seem they have more counter staff than mechanics.
