I have always had a great experience at LUUM! Both Ellen and Rebecca have taken care of my hair needs in the last couple years. These ladies have consistently provided me with helpful tips to keep my hair healthy, recommended any Aveda products that might help me and always made sure that I was getting what I needed out of the appointment. They tailored my appointments based on how I like to do my hair on a daily basis. And who doesn't love the complementary tea/coffee and the initial scalp massage! :) Thanks Ellen and Rebecca for always being a good chat and for giving me everything I need to keep my hair happy!

Great vibe, I’ve gone back to Becca 3 times because she’s great at knowing what I want, especially when I don’t know what I want! Will keep going back, for the beautiful hairdo’s and the relaxing massage chairs at the shampoo sink.

I have had Kristen as my hair stylist for 18 years. She is amazing, talented and knows thick hair! Recommend her to anyone who is looking for a friendly, honest and 'up to date' stylist.The salon is clean, spacious, easy to find and the staff are kind. Cannot go wrong if you go here!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylist!

I want to give a shout out to a Lethbridge salon -Rad, the owner, is a MASTER at the short women's cut at LUUM.If you're looking for a wonderful haircut experience and someone who knows their way around some scissors, crazy hair and a great conversation, call for a style at LUUM with Rad.

Billy is amazing! It was the best experience we have ever had in a salon! All the ladies were so sweet. I love my hair color/style and my daughter says she only wants to go to Luum. We highly recommend.

Kristen did an amazing updo on me for my brother's wedding. I had the hairstyle in for 12+ hours and it held amazing and looked amazing all night. I received so many compliments and it suited my look really well. The robe and scalp massage was the perfect accompaniment to a great appointment. Thank you!

Billy was absolutely amazing to work with! She is very kind and friendly and amazing at what she does. Luum should be very proud to have her on their team. I have never really had good experiences at other salons/barbershops, and Billy made it a welcoming and enjoyable experience that I look forward to having again!

I was pampered and enjoyed every minute of my salon time. They even popped out to buy almond milk for me so I could enjoy a cup of coffee (I have a severe dairy allergy). So thoughtful!
