Food is the bomb! Tried the tamales, the pollo con mole, tortilla soup, and the chile relleno. All were delicious and when I asked for it to be extra spicy they delivered. Very friendly waitress who you can brush up on some Spanish with and was happy to oblige. The horchata is a sweet treat too. ❤ Support these locally owned restaurants and you won't be disappointed nor will you be that much out of pocket.

Nice little place. Server lady was really nice. Food was home cooked style. I ended up buying some tortillas, hot sauces and spices from them too. Wanted to try their soups but too full from eating my second dinner.

Great place to have authentic and very tasty mexican-salvadorian food. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. I will be coming back for sure! :)

Its a good place. Simple and nice! My pork meat this time in enchilada was not very fresh as I expected. I got a beef soup and also a burrito. 5 for soup! 4 for burrito and 2 for pork enchilada. It can get better!

Great place to grab some Mexican for lunch. They have a large mural of pictured meals which are numbered and priced. My vegan girlfriend and I took the cheese and sour cream out of the burrito (number 22, I believe). Maybe you guys could offer a discount for taking half of the expense of your meal or offer a vegan option.

A great find of home cooking mexican and El Salvadorian food in East Vancouver!Every dish we had was full of flavor, just enough spice and completely delicious. Food comes out fresh and hot as it's prepared.Now I know where I can find a tortilla soup for vegetarians and oh my goodness, it definitely bites back. The pupusa is what I've been searching for. Crispy outside and filled with delicious beans and melty cheese, served with Dipping sauce on the side that I could drink and a refreshing small coleslaw. For my main I ordered the veggie enchiladas accompanied with rice( can I say, light and fluffy and addictive) and refried beans, which are my favorite.Partner had the Taco's, chicken and beef, and he said these were the authentic taste he's been looking for outside of Mexico. To finish the meal we had a slice of Salvadorian quesadilla. Yep, you read it right. Not what you think but it's a cross between an airy angel food cake with a firm buttered top crust sprinkled with sesame seeds, which lend a savory sweet addictive combo. A new addiction for me.

Small little eatery with delicious Mexican offerings. Food take a little while to come out but the servers are smiling and taste is delicious, with very reasonable prices. We ordered the chips, fish tacos and beef enchiladas with green sauce. Will come again if in the area!

Great spot for cheap eats, not a ton of Salvadoran restaurants around either. If you decide to go here, check out the pupusas or chilaquiles, excellent dishes you don't see at a ton of Latin restaurants around here. Excellent value for money, tasty food, quick service. Will return.

so so happy i found this place. no nonsense, authetic tasting, hearty food all reasonably priced (entrees $8-12) which is such a deal considering how much it fills you up. could easily have some for lunch tomorrow. menu also has a range of other mexican food options most places don't serve (tamales, sopas, pupusas, etc etc)service was quick and the waitress was very pleasant. they also have a small grocery section with mexican/salvadorian if you wanted to try making some stuff at homei got the pupusas (stuffed corn tortillas) and it was $10.50 for 3 of them and it was very delicious, soft, and something new
