Sean went the extra mile even when I didn't buy the vehicle (it sold before I could t get to Penticton to see it). He has continued to check in with me. Couldn't ask for better service.I live 400 km away. He offered to bring it half way for me to look at.

I bought my first used car here and it was a great experience. The car is in top condition, with only a minor fix needed that was covered by the Dealer.The staff was immediately present and all extremely friendly. Just bought a 2022 Honda Civic Touring through Penticton Honda. i have bought many vehicles in my years and never have recieved the treatment like they provided. Right down to showing us how to use all the features. Dealt with a handful of people to get exactly what we wanted. Penticton Honda did an incredible job helping my parents find a car just right for them. Shout out to James Clark and John Mitten for being extremely patient and compassionate with them during the process. The service and Parts team did a wonderful job fitting them with a perfect set of studded winter tires, and detail was able to make their new" 2008 SUV look brand new!"

The worse experience I had with a car dealership, for 25 years I'm dealing with various of dealerships, but this was awful, calling service to email me my service records.A lady, her name is JANINE BREAR was not polite and respectful to me. She promised me to email me but she haven't, I called her again and she responded me oh I'm very busy I'll try it later. Finally after a week I have received two email from her, both was same and very funny part is the invoices were up side down so there was very inconvenience to read them. I contacted her to let her know both email are same and up side down, impolitely she told me just print them and I'm not able to send you more, if you want you can drive all the way to Penticton that I'm not in Penticton any more to get the records.

Did not end up buying my car from here (in all fairness my search criteria was very restrictive) but during my search process Sean was incredible and I can confidently say he tried his best to find something that would fit my low budget. I am from Kelowna and thought it was a stretch to get something from Penticton, but from the 10-15 dealerships I contacted in Kelowna, Penticton, and Vernon, these guys were the best and Sean played a big part in that. Actively updated me on his finds, kept in touch, answered any questions I had without any judgement or attitude. You'd think what Sean did would be the basic things expected from most salesmen but shockingly my experience with other dealerships have been atrocious with some not responding, not showing up with the test drive car, not looking me in the face while talking, and outright making you feel stupid when you ask questions. 100% would recommend Penticton Honda and Sean even if you're located away from Penticton.

Couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. From start to finish Allyn answered all questions, responded to all concerns and made the process so much easier on a first time dealership buyer. Ryan was quick to explain any questions to do with the money side of things, kept us well informed on all fees, charges etc and got us an amazing deal! And despite this being a huge money decision, his great attitude and knowledge in the industry took so much of the load off (stress wise).Overall AMAZING experience with these lovely people at Penticton Honda 100% recommend.
