Elite Daycare

My daughter went to this daycare from the time she was 12 months until she started school and I put my son here not too long ago as I was heading back to work! Best decision I made for me and my children! My son absolutely loves the daycare he has so much fun he loves his teachers and is making so many friends. All of the staff members are incredible. If you're looking for a daycare this is the perfect place!!

We have been with Elite since 2017. It's a wonderful daycare that creates a fantastic learning experience for children. The teachers and staff are very loving. They take great care in teaching your children different skills, exposing them to a variety of new experiences, growing their independence and having a lot of fun doing it! We love our Elite family!

My family loves Elite. Both our little girls went there over the span of 4 years (our now 6yo graduated from pre-school and our 1.5yo attended the toddler program until we had to move out of the region) and we only have good things to say about it. All the staff who worked with our girls are professional and you can tell they love children and what they do. I always knew my kids were in good hands with them. While a lot of childcare centres have staff retention issues, we were so happy to see familiar faces when we brought our 1yo after our 4yo had graduated 2 years prior. They have done a great job keeping the kids and staff safe during the pandemic although I’m sure it has affected them. We are very sad to have had to leave Elite because we have moved out of the Waterloo region. Thank you so much to all the teachers in the toddler program and all staff! We will miss you so much. We have had an incredible experience with Elite! Our little one has learned so much from the T2 educators. Every morning she wakes up asking for them and can't wait to get there. Their meals are healthy, educators are warm and friendly, and the kids truly thrive under their care! We are so glad we chose Elite.

Elite has been an absolute asset for my family over the past few years. Lisa, the director, always has time for my questions and ever changing schedule. She is a blessing to any parent who juggles a schedule with shift work! I cannot say enough about the wonderful teachers!! Their attention to detail and the balance of the programs, that are both educational and engaging, keep my boys talking about their school days, all night! They are passionate about working with kids and make them feel incredibly special.I have seen my boys develop so much from their care. And finally Michelle, who prepares 'the tastiest food'. My oldest son never ceases to talk about her delicious and healthy meals...he will only eat her meatballs! Thank you to the entire crew for everything you do for my boys!

I can’t say enough great things about Elite. When introducing my daughter to daycare, I was very nervous with her separation anxiety. Lisa and the staff were so understanding and made the transition a lot less stressful. My daughter can’t wait to go to daycare every day. She eats well, sleeps well, keeps to a routine (which I love) and has built little friendships. And the facility is clean! The teachers are warm, welcoming and educated – they always have time to talk about development, keep you informed about how things are going and ask permission to try something “new” (ie. sleep on a cot, start potty training, etc.). They are an extension of our family. You can tell they love the children. In addition, their app keeps me updated all day and I love the pictures and videos. It provides a great daily summary report.

Elite Daycare is a fantastic facility with caring staff. Both my children attend and are always so happy to join their teachers and friends daily. Everyone is so kind, caring and very accommodating. Lisa, the director is very friendly, thorough and prompt to respond to my questions. You will not be disappointed if you send your children here. I highly recommend this facility.

We have been SO impressed with the quality of care at Elite Daycare. They have an excellent program designed with the well being, safety and care of the children being top priority. Our experience has been with the Infant program specifically but we have had great experiences with all members of staff.

We loved Elite! From the healthy meals, to daily updates in the app, to the weekly updates about how our child was doing, we couldn't have asked for more. Though there was a period with a bit of staff turnover (as many staff moved to the new Kitchener location), we never felt that our child's care deteriorated. They were always supportive and we truly felt safe and at ease dropping them off daily; never any tears, always happy to go. An extra shout out for the teachers in T2 because they are a stellar team and we miss them dearly! We have since moved and truly wish we could still be at Elite as our new daycare is nowhere near as great. Get in here if you can!

Elite daycare has been such an amazing, friendly loving second home for my children as a busy mom of two. As a previous employee I have nothing but great things to say about the owner and management so understanding and accommodating. I had my baby start in the infant room and is now in the preschool room. This was my first time experiencing both my babies in daycare I couldn't have asked for more caring staff. They love them like their own. The staff have gone above and beyond to help my babies. I wish I could send my kinder back to Elite vs school!
