Fantastic customer service. It's always a pleasure going to The Home Depot for my household needs.

Generally I love the store and most employees are very helpful; however, I had to buy a big 5 gallon pail of paint in the Behr paint in the shade of Seed Pearl and the employee working at the counter said that that particular paint has to be in the Marquee" - without giving any reasons why or any explanation. Well that paint cost over double of the regular paint that I usually get - I would appreciate an explanation or a reasoning before I am made to pay 2x the price. The next day I came back to get a different paint colour and asked a different employee to mix it in the regular Behr paint that I normally get and he had no problem - so I am inclined to think that unless I ask for the regular paint

David from appliances is the best!! He truly went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He guided me during the process of a new fridge purchase. I hope he is well recognized for his great service :)

Purchased a BBQ last week and had paid for it to be built and delivered to my home. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and didn't arrive, nor was I notified there would be any delay.I contacted the number on my receipt which turned out to be a tideous one by one question text evaluation to check my order status to which I received an error message. Without any other option for support, I tried to call the store and was confronted with another frustrating automated system which after ringing 8 times and going unanswered, my call was forwarded to an foreign call center. When they answered the phone they took my order number then got back to me and said the reason it was not delivered on-time was that it had not been paid for. With the receipt and delivery receipt in hand, I told the representative that I had already paid for it. Then without notification, I was out on hold for 10 min and eventually gave up. As it seems impossible to get through to a representative at my local store, I guess I will be driving 30 min into town to speak with someone in the store to find out why my BBQ has not been delivered and hopefully get them to deliver it which was what was agreed to when I paid the $800 last week. In store customer service was great, but this experience has been horrendous.

Some of the best customer service I've ever gotten. I went in with a couple pieces and explained my situation. The gentleman explained to me how only a custom fitting would work but gave me a free plastic tool kit for my faucet to see if I could resolve the situation that way.While it didn't work, he surely did his job and was extremely kind.Some of the best customer service I've ever gotten. They definitely have everything I have ever needed and their garden center is the best ! Helpful employees! I only get my plants and hardware from Home Depot

I have usually had great success with Home Depot but while hunting for microwaves I encountered issues with their website. The information and sizing stated was not the same as what was on the box when we arrived at the store. The staff seemed to be aware of these issues so my question is why is Home Depot not correcting this. We have run into this issue before with ordering lumber there as well

One of my favorite places to shop. Great tool selection. Most staff are helpful. They are always adding new things such as the cut your own key" kiosk. Was sometimes hard to find someone. Haven't tried it yet but definitely will."

Usually went there to buy plants and home improvement but yesterday, staff dismissed us literally talking to them and they walked away, other staff would just say if you want scrap wood just go cross the road. Honestly there is ways to say it, but obviously staff isn't trained in customer service

Had 2x4s delivered to job site, about 30% of them was not suitable, really bad quality. Few days later when I had a chance I stopped by customer service and she basically told me if I'm not happy, I can come in store pick my own wood. There's a reason why we order ONLINE and pay $125 shipping fee ... to save time and trust hd to pick decent products (studs) for us
