We began the undertaking of finishing our basement in early January and then added a main floor reno. It's been a long process and we've worked with many different trades. We had difficulty finding a tiler for our bathroom and thankfully Cris recommended someone. The tiler did his best to accommodate us and he was dependable, professional and did a high-quality job. We also hired Cris to install our vinyl flooring. He did his best to accommodate us while in the midst of a major job. It was a pleasure working with Cris and his worker Florian. Their positive attitude, excellent work ethic, attention to detail and efficient service means you are dealing with true professionals. Our floors turned out absolutely beautiful thanks to Southwest Flooring's high-quality workmanship. In the future we would only work with this company and anyone Cris recommends. Phenomenal experience with this company. I don't even know where to begin. I hired Cris to remove old flooring/carpet and install brand new floors throughout our house, but he ended up helping with so much more. We had also hired a painter at the same time who was erratic and abusive. Cris had my back the entire time, making sure job was done properly and then finally, when we had to let the painter go because things had gotten so bad, intervened when the painter made threats against my home. At the time I had been driving back and forth between Toronto and Waterloo to get the project done and it was supremely stressful. I can't imagine how I would have been able to handle that without Cris stepping in to help. He then helped me find a fantastic crew to finish the job.When I got a quote to build out our unfinished basement that was quite high, Cris stepped in with his crew of contractors that he has worked with from other jobs and found me everyone including the architect to get the job done. That is going on right now. I can't say enough about how supremely helpful Cris has been. He's a really good guy and the crew he works with are also upstanding men with good values who do a phenomenal job.The quality of his work is top notch. Excellent attention to detail and he has great taste. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for a high end home because his finishes are perfection. On top of all of this, when it came to sourcing material, Cris was always on the look out for the best deal for me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Southwest Flooring again. I can't recommend them enough.

Cris was quick to schedule my flooring despite COVID lockdown twice. He kept in contact and once it was safe to do so an installer came by. Florian (the installer) was meticulous in his installation. The site was neat and tidy at the end of each day. The end result of the laminate and baseboard installation was perfect. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Southwest flooring provides an amazing installation of your floor product of any type. I used them to install my Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring there attention to detail was great and I am very happy with the end result. Their installers are very skilled and friendly. While I was working with Cris he was able to refer me to a contact for installing a tile shower which turned out incredible and Cris had provided some options to do my flooring on my stairs with some extra floor I had left over which also turned out excellent.
