VS MedSpa Laser Clinic

I've been seeing Victoria for over a decade and nobody understands medical lasers and aesthetics better than her in this city. I live downtown, and every time I try someone else around me I'm disappointed and end up driving out back up to see her. I recently had a photofacial by highly rated salon downtown and it was a complete waste of money and time. I had no freckles peeling off and no benefits after $200+. A lot of these clinics have people who don't understand the machines work them and they go on the very lowest settings to protect themselves from any issues. Victoria understands the machines inside out and uses them to the maximum of their abilities. YOU SEE RESULTS! A lot of other spaces with their 100's of 5-star reviews are run by nice people, but the results are barely there or take dozens of treatments. Save your money and time and go to this clinic, you won't be disappointed! The best in the city and I've tried dozens of them.

I started visiting VS MedSpa Laser Clinic in 2014. I have had many different facials done with Victoria. She’s is very professional and personable. She takes great care with explaining everything she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable. Excellent experience. My skin feels great after a procedure. I have done different procedures for different season of the year. Peelings in the fall, Pixel in the winter, moisturizer treatments in spring time, and all kinds if – in summer. Once I took a break with procedures for a year, and I noticed not a good change in my skin quality. So, thanks Victoria for helping me to stay youthful.

I’ve been a customer of this clinic since October 2021 and cannot express enough how knowledgeable and pleasant the staff is! I’m currently in process of laser hair removal and I’m always advised on the process, the staff hears concerns and answer any questions, and works together to reach the goals. Every body is different so for some results can be achieved faster than for others but I trust the process and I see significant decrease in hair growth. I’m looking forward every new appointment and always feel very comfortable during the procedure. The prices are AMAZING and, in my humble opinion, unbeatable. You don’t feel that you are taking advantage of in sense of buying packages or products. Everyone is very straightforward and don’t try to upsell. Clinic is very bright and clean. I have been coming to Victoria since 2016. She is very professional and extremely kind to her clients. I come to her from London because she provides the best service and is very thorough with her work. I can see such great results from the laser on both my face and arms. Victoria is very understanding of appointment times and days and will adjust to your schedule. She genuinely shows concern for her patients and their progress in the treatment. I have been a client of VS MedSpa Laser for about 9 years. I had IPL photo facial  several times, Oxygeneo and some other treatments. All these procedures were always done professionally by Victoria who is very knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. The atmosphere of the clinic is very friendly and not pretentious as sometimes might be the case in some venues. Would highly recommend the place!

I had an amazing experience at VS MedSpa Laser Clinic. I had an OxyGeneo facial with Marina. She explained all the steps of the procedure and it was a pleasure to chat with her. The skin was glowing after, it looked so fresh and beautiful. They also have deals if you buy a package of 3 procedures)) I also met the owner Victoria, who was great too, I had a quick consultation with her about some of the other procedures that I might try. Both Victoria and Marina have great skin themselves, so it made me feel good about the facial treatments they do at the clinic. I definitely recommend this place :)

About 10 years ago I got my legs done at Versus (VS Med Spa) and it was the best money I ever spent. Victoria was pleasant, skillful, and knowledgeable. Very fair prices. My legs are still baby smooth and soft. I've seen horror stories of friends who got their legs lasered elsewhere and being left with blotchy patches, darkening, rough texture. Versus left me with perfect results!

I paid over $2000 for 7 sessions of full body laser hair removal, plus an extra one of $250 (because I didn't see the results I wanted). I now still have to shave my entire body multiple times a week, clearly indicating that the laser treatment did not work, even though I was told by the esthetician that it would. I truly regret my decision in choosing VS med spa for laser treatment and will not be returning or recommending that spa to anyone. They just want your money and do not give you the results they say they will. If you leave a review explaining your situation, they will come in full defence with lies saying they offered you a refund and told you it might not work"
