Quite honestly, one of the best meals, and definitely the best steak, that I've ever had! I don't review much, but it was too good to be quiet about!!

Super friendly staff, delicious food!I stopped in with two of my kids and my mother and sat on the patio on a very hot and sunny evening. The hostess was concerned that we would be uncomfortable and rearranged tables and seating so that we could be seated in the shade. 10/10 for service already! The wait staff were very cheerful and attentive. The food didn't arrive super quick, but the environment and positive vibe made up for it. Once the food did arrive, it was delicious. If I am travelling through the area again, I would definitely visit again!

While traveling with a pet it is very difficult to go out to dinner and leave your pet in strange place barking at every noise. The solution is to find a pet friendly patio to eat at. The Kozy Restro Bar was perfect. Excellent food and service. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, good vibe. Service is terrible, we ordered our drinks and food quick, server didn’t come to see us in the 50 minutes we waited for food to arrive. We paid for drinks and walked out before the food was brought to us.

Stopped for dinner on our way thru Grand Falls. Once waitress discovered we could not speak French, she was not that interested in serving us. We waited a good half hour for her to take our order, while fraternizing with the local customers. We had the spaghetti, which was horrible..waitress could have mentioned it had some kick to it. The meal came with a good pound of potato slabs dripping with grease..disgusting! Shame on the waitress…she did not even bother to come back to ask how our meal was. Worst customer service and food we ever encountered on our trip..needless to say, she received no tip. I can see now why this business is for sale. Save your money folks, and try one of the other restaurants in Grand Falls!

Went there tonight just before 8. The place was open, but was empty. We waited several minutes for someone to come seat us, but despite the door buzzer chiming several times, no one came. I could see and hear people in what I presumed to be the kitchen and thinking that they didn’t see us, we moved further into the restaurant and stood where we could be clearly seen. The people in the kitchen continued their conversation unabated. After several more minutes of waiting, we left and went elsewhere. Very disappointing.
