Coastal came in and cleaned our windows, skylights, and gutters.The work was first rate and great quality. Will definitely use their services again!

Booked Jay from our community page on Facebook. Jay was very cordial and the brush washing of the siding and cleaning of the gutters and windows worked out very well. A little confusion on the entire scope of the quote but was dealt with quickly and professionally once we met face-to-face. Would recommend his services.

Overall a bad experience . In my opinion, the service is too pricey at $5 per pane (not per window) plus he charged 6% WCB on e- transfers and did not disclose until the job was completed. (WCB is his insurance and NEVER billed to customer). Had to remind the tech to clean the screens as promised - he did, but I supplied the cleaning cloth. In the end, one window (2 panels) was paid for but not cleaned. My mistake - but should I really have to babysit to make sure the job is done as discussed. Instead of notifying me that he was done, I found him smoking a joint on the bench in front of my house.. He then asked if I wanted him to put the hose back. Seriously?!

He did a great job of cleaning the gutters and was also very helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely use Jay from Coastal Home Pros again. His pricing is good as well!

We recently hired Jay from Coastal Home Pros to do our house windows, skylights and sliding doors. Kudos to him for door knocking and getting our business! He did a great job with the window cleaning and finished the job in a timely manner.

These guys just left our house. I agreed to there gutter cleaning service, paid them and left to get some shopping.When we returned there was mud and filth that they cleaned out of our gutter, blown all over our back deck and front yard.I attempted to call to discuss the situation and the phone number said the client is unavailable.Very unimpressed.

Coastal Home Pros came to clean our gutters and windows. Our windows are high and they completed the job with ease and left our house sparkling. Definitely recommend!

Jay knocked on our door, and the timing was perfect. He gave us a good estimate, came back a few hours later and did a great job on our house windows and gutters. Will use this company again.

Jay cleaned our roof gutters and windows. Very friendly and conscientious. Repeatedly asked if we were happy with the quality of his work. Reasonably priced but did not do a great job of removing moss from the roof. A neighbour noted that he was often on his cellphone while he was doing our roof cleaning. Will not be using his services again.
