Charged 120$ of roaming fees on a newly set up plan. The rep explained that it included call and texting within North America" and then I was hit with this charge in the FIRST month of service since it's only free if it originates from Canada. Very unfair business practices since that wasn't what was initially communicated

Went to return my device to this store as I'm on the device return option contract and recently upgraded. The girl working informed that I have to contact Bell and get a shipping label because I did the upgrade online. Even though Bells terms clearly state and I verified it with them, that the phone can be returned to any Bell store....

Their app is confusing, lot of the menus are over overly complicated, that leads to simple things being a whole process that can screw you over. Customer service could not be more unhelpful, and will just explain the same things to you again and again. Constantly call and bug you if you want to upgrade. Would not suggest Bell to anyone, after three years I got no understanding or help from them, be warned their data limit warnings are just a curtesy. I am not going to be a Bell customer anymore and suggest the same to everyone else.
