Window World of Fond du Lac

The crew that came out and installed the windows at my house did such a great that my neighbors even said how good it looks and they never even saw them there. They were so quick and professional that the general contractor was impressed by how well they did too. Everyone that I worked with there was very kind and professional. The price was also fair and the turn around time was also good especially in the window world right now! - Thanks for a great job!

Windows came in early, ordered in May installed in July 2022. All done in a day, installers where professional, couldn't be happier

We had a wonderful experience with Window World from start to finish. The sales representative was professional and not pushy. They were very communicative on when the windows would arrive and be installed. I was very impressed in the installation process!!!! We had 17 windows replaced and it was done in 6 hours. I did not have to do any clean up inside or out!!!!! Our home is so quiet and warm now. I highly recommend using this company!!!

I had originally given Window World a poor review in November 2018. They had installed 18 (middle of the road option) windows and while I enjoyed the quality of the windows, the inside stops made of both pine and cedar weren't installed with much care. They had overhang, gaps and in one case, a large open knot facing outwards.I put the pictures up on Google reviews but have since taken them down, as they no longer reflect the work Window World has done. The new pictures are quite dark but trust me, the windows look much better!Window World of Fond Du Lac reached out to me and has since come back to my house to fix the issues. Matt and Mike personally came to do the work, removed the ill-fitting stops and replacing them with new ones.Despite the difficulties with the original installation team, I would still give Window World a solid B. It would have been a solid 5 stars if the work they completed had been done the first time.Staff in store are always very friendly, and answered all of the questions I had. The cost was $8000 less than the second lowest quote, even with the almond color I chose bumping the price up per window.The windows have saved me an average of $30 off my gas bill each month (I had horrible storm window/single glaze windows before) and the savings for air conditioning in the summer is yet to be determined. February was the biggest difference, saving $75 from the 2018 bill to the 2019 bill.It is nice to have something good to say about Fond Du Lac businesses again.

We had 8 windows replaced by WW in November. The outside sills seem to attract a ton of dust and dirt, I don't remember our old window sills being so dirty. As far as the crew they had doing the work, they worked hard but the lead man was very rude. I asked a few questions and he seemed to think I was criticizing him in some way, but I wasn't. I just wanted to know how I tell the difference between double and triple pane (which we bought). The salesman (Marvin) was very nice and professional, a true asset to WW for sure. Besides the dirt, the windows have held up well.

Great experience from the sales and service professional (Maurice) to the office personnel (Sarah) to the installers. Great communication and timeliness. I highly recommend.

It has been 11 years and I still have all the windows they installed. I love their product. I had 1 window that the seal left in the upper part. I called and they were very polite and still had us on file. I bought the lifetime warranty and it was a great feeling to hear them say, We will get that taken care of and call you within a week to set a date." No charge."

Professional, high quality, and timely work was done on our home. They even worked with us to keep the old original interior windows and they installing new, fold up crank, casement windows on exterior side.

The side storm door had a 2 inch gap from the threshold and the installer took the time to build out the threshold so the gap was filled and sealed tight. Wasn't expecting that! They did an excellent job on all the windows and patio door installation also.

FABULOUS experience! We had all new windows and a patio door installed last week. We had no idea how bad our old windows were until the windtunnel in our main living area disappeared - it is so warm in the house now. Can't wait to see the heat bill drop. The crew are true tradesman and did an excellent job with installation, were timely, polite and very hard working. Everything looks beautiful and works great. They communicated well throughout the order process and have been a delight to work with. Our neighbors were so impressed they are considering new windows now too. I highly recommend WindowWorld for new windows and doors.
