VCA Canada Eastside Animal Hospital

I have been going to this vet for a few years now.Though it is more on the expensive side for some things like most vets, they go above and beyond what is expected.I recently had to have my 14 year siamese cat put to sleep before the New Year.They give you plenty of time before the process to say good bye.They also have a beautifully done up, visiting room before the process.About 2 weeks after they also have someone who calls to make sure the family is doing well and we are grieving fine.I thought this was way above and beyond what I expected.I thank the doctors and staff for taking care of my cat and showing me exceptional compassion.I will be returning here some day when we are ready for another animal.

The staff are very friendly, they greet my dog Timmy by name from the second we walk through the door. He's always very happy and excited to be here I actually had to coax him him a treat to leave.The vets are informative and always answer every question we have.

Love this place. I took my dog there for the first time the staff and vet took good care of my dog like it was there own I would definitely recommend them

Have been taking my dog there since 2018. We can't say enough good things about the staff and vets at this clinic. Professional, compassionate and very flexible with our hectic schedule. They go out of their way to fit us in when I call them with last minute appointment requests and were able to see us immediately during clinic hours for an emergency with our senior dog. I highly recommend VCA Stoney Creek to care for your pets.

New to this veterinary hospital and already I can tell how much the staff love animals. I immediately felt like my dog was in excellent hands and it’s really put my mind at ease.

Very disappointed. I am a disabled senior not known for promptness. Been going here about 3 years: pet insurance tootoo. Drove 12 km and arrived 15 min late. Was immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes. Then she said she would ask the doctor. On hold again, about a minute or two this time. Then they said I was too late. Then she said it's 3:30 now and you are too late. Well yeah! Turn around and drive all the way home. It was just for vaccines!Okay I made a mistake. But it was just for shots and the vet tech could do this. Attitude.

I have taken my 2 dogs here for boarding before under Pet Vet and they were awesome with lots of text updates from kennel staff which made our trip away more enjoyable with less worries. That is the reason why we chose them because our babies were well taken care of. Fast forward a few years we decided to travel and bring our beagle there as he suffers from separation anxiety. The staff at Eastside are ALL very nice and client friendly even to our furbaby. Rocky seemed well looked after here and quite tired out when coming home ( 2 days away from home does that.) LolI would come back here for sure! But I only have 1 complaint. I was advised that i would receive daily updates by text. Unfortunately I didn't even receive one which was disappointing. I tried calling but I kept getting voicemail because they were busy. Other than that , love this place! But please follow up with texts as promised as it helps while away.

My pup loves this place!!!! Amazing staff and Doctors. Very clean and friendly. Really accommodating and always alot of staff to take care of the animals. My pup and I have had great advise and fun at this vet.

I have never been so disappointed with this place my dog needed his heart medication I called it in a day a head of time I go in to pick it up and they said I did not call in on until that night but on my phone it shows the time and the receptionist Ashley was not nice at all and all she did was argue with me about what time I called it my prescriptions Not happy been going there for years and this is how I was treated
