Closer Look Home Inspections
I bought a townhouse and had them inspect it. They did inspect the house however I am only giving them 1 star because they didn’t even go on to the roof to inspect its condition. They said because it’s a 3 story townhouse they do not go on the roof...what did I pay you $500 for then? I should have saved my money, bought a long ladder and safety equipment and completed my own home inspection.

Mark and Dave inspected a home we were looking to purchase and did a thorough job. Both were friendly, professional, honest and approachable.
