I had an electrical issue in my condo and the warranty expired. I spoke with the General Manager Nicole, and she was amazing! She had someone come in and the problem was fixed in a very short period of time.Thank you Nicole:)

We bought a condo with Polocorp that has been a good experience.

It's a shame because there used to be one by house in lahabra but we moved away and coming from the east coast they made a good pastrami there..I Went there last Friday(4/14) at 2:00pm when I went in the guy barkedwe close in an hour!!" And then proceeded to be cleaning the counter..but when I went up to the counter with a drink he wouldn't turn around. So I put the drink down and left..(not sure why cleaning the counter was moreImportant than a waiting customer)..Went back today because my son had a lacrosse(4/22) tournament at the high school. We went there around noon..There was a regular in front of me and the man behind the counter(Pedro) greeted each other

A great two years has come to an end! Thank you to everyone at Polocorp Inc, including Lynda, Nicole, Leyla and Charlotte...just to name a few. I could not have rented from a better company!! If there was ever any problems, you were in constant contact with me to make sure everything was ok and to my liking. I really enjoyed my time there and met some great peole along the way. Best of luck to Polocorp Inc in their new venture. I would be more than happy to rent from you in the future. All the best!!

Buyer beware. Polocorp are excellent at over promising and under delivering. We had a very substandard experience with a new townhouse build in downtown Kitchener. From the sales experience through to after occupancy servicing, Joseph and team were extremely inflexible and difficult to deal with. We needed to constantly push them to commit to anything (COVID aside) and the quality of the townhouse build by A&F Greenfield Homes did not meet our expectations. The entire experience was extremely disappointing.

I live in Downtown Kitchen area. My wife and I are renovating a century home. We were on the hunt for old bricks to finish our front porch project, we reached out to Polocorp to see if we could take some Bricks from a demo they were doing that matched our house. Joseph was great and granted us permission and best of all for free! Change is hard and we all know its coming in the the core of downtown.. I feel Polocorp has worked well with the local community. We bought a Condo from Polocorp and were amazed about the quality service we got from them. Since the beginning the process went very smooth. Joseph and the whole team was ready to provide any answers to our questions. Moving time was during the pandemic and Polocorp make the process smooth. They did the best to make sure there was no delays. Highly recommend Polocorp.

Great build! Tarion was relatively painless because Polocorp were so cooperative and took pride in their work. I'm cautious so big purchases are hard for me, but I couldn't be happier with this one.
