I live near this location, and they used to be very good. I don't know what happened to them; their service has become very bad. There were only two cars in the lineup, which can take a really long time. I thought they were busy, but when I drove up to the window, I found three girls chatting and laughing. I ordered spicy chicken and waited at the window for another 10 minutes (Why not wait at the second window? Because the car in front of me was waiting at the second window). Then the cashier said they were out of spicy chicken and asked if I could change to mild, with a face as if I would say yes for sure. I told her no, I wanted a refund. Her face turned sour, and I asked her manager to do the refund.Today, I ordered 8 pieces of spicy chicken. I was the only one at the drive-thru. When I opened them and started eating, I found out they were all mild.

Make sure to check your order!We ordered platters. Barely got any fries and no biscuits.The guy at the window was terrible. Didn't talk to us just handed debit machine then food at us!Poor value for the price. Go elsewhere, as we've had much better experiences at other locations.

I never leave a bad reviews but I’m gonna make an exception. Starting with the service, the staff were no friendly, not very happy to help and not very patient. Understandably it was 1/2 hour till they were done work but they do not need to make faces indicating their impatience. Next the food. We ordered 2 chicken burgers and 12 piece chicken tenders. The burgers were warm but did not contain any sauce and had 2 tiny slice of pickles. For the tenders we were 1 short (got only 11)and they were dry as the prairie winters and literally cold (definitely not per restaurant standards, I know cause I have worked in multiple fast food restaurants). When you spent almost 60$ on food you expect to not have to throw out half of it cause it’s cold. And the girl behind the counter didn’t even give me a Oilers flag cause she was too lazy to ring one through (it’s a deal if you spent 50$). As much as I understand that it’s hard to work in a restaurant and the staff all want to go home after a long day, it still is the food industry, I need to get food that I can e at cause I work hard for the money which I use to buy it. I would give this interaction a 0 star if I could. Hope this can be a learning point for the team.

I love Popyes so much, and I do order once a week. Today after a long day working I decided to order this offer which is 2 can Din in, large fries, and chicken deluxe sandwich, I paid around $36. After arriving home and preparing ourselves to eat, we got shocked, the fries was burn out and it was very stiff that can break my teeth, it seems like it has been 2 days since it fried. The chicken seems old too. There was only one nappkin and only one fork, I don't know why only one peice each they're so cheap? Also, three peice of onion which should the regular size. I orderd one Coke Zero and one Lemonade, but I got both of them Lemonade. You definitely ruined our dinner and this is not the first time. Guys people work hard to pay money for this food, so you have to give them a fresh cooked food served with clients care. I will drive to another location next time instead of this one.

Went to get spicy fried chicken, burgers and ghost pepper wings for lunch for 9 people. Wasn't disappointed, order was ready in 15 minutes, fresh and tasty. The store manager was friendly and provided excellent service. Spicy chicken tasted wonderful, my American cousins loved it. Spicy chicken burger was moist and tasty, the scones were fresh out of the oven and the ghost pepper wings were just perfect. Oh and the entire menu is HALAL.

Every time I get these tenders there rare at best. Popeyes Id like my chicken dead not bocking at me as I eat it. I have to go home and cook them at my house.

AMAZING! My first time eating here when I came in Tuesday evening. Drive thru service was friendly and was able to answer any questions I had and was able to fulfill my large order very quickly. Man taking my order told me about the different menu options and what meal was best for my family of 5. Chicken and fries tasted amazing, we loved it will come back!

I came here coz my daughter loves mac and cheese and my nieces loves fries:)i was gonna order 8pc family mean then add another side when the manager suggested their summer promo which is a way better deal and i get to try the new strawberry biscuits how fun is that!!!!great job Luisa!!!!

Ordered 2 days ago online at 4:20 PM. Pickup was supposed to be at 5:20 PM. Order was not ready until 5:50 PM, no advance notice of this so I just had to wait at the restaurant. Got home, chicken is raw, dipping sauces not included. Tried to contact the restaurant by phone, left a message, still no call back 2 days later. Won't be going to this location any more.
