Vector Training Centre

Vector training is not only educational but also incredibly fun. The instructor incorporates interactive games and challenges that keep the children motivated and excited to participate. These activities not only enhance physical coordination but also promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and problem-solving skills. My child always comes home with a smile, eager to share their latest Taekwondo adventures.

I have been training kickboxing here once a week for the past 3 months and it's been a wonderful experience. Great to break a sweat after a long workday on the desk.CJ is a great teacher who has a ton of passion, and challenges his students to execute the techniques well and is very engaging.Lorraine runs the gym with a ton of passion. Things are well-maintained and kept tidy. The gym fosters a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all ages and levels no matter your background!

My son has been going to VTC for 2 years and was a very shy, tentative child but his self-confidence has improved so much and he loves going to his taekwondo class. The instructors are amazing with the kids; they are very experienced, talented and motivate their students to reach their goals. As a parent, I appreciate the level of discipline and structure in their class and yet it is balanced with fun and liveliness. Master Tong truly cares about each student and is exemplary of the core values of taekwondo. We have known her for almost 10 years when my older son attended her classes as well and would highly recommend anyone interested to come for a try out.

Vector is a great place for kids to learn taekwondo in a supportive and fun environment. We’ve enjoyed many years of learning with Master Tong.

My kids love VTC and all the masters and students that train with them. Encouraging and supportive, which led them to now do competition. I even dabbled in kickboxing there and love it!

Caveat: the instructor is my friend so this review will be biased. I have no martial arts background so please take that into context.I enrolled my kids into preschool Taekwondo (one of the few places that teach preschoolers) and it was great. My kids had fun with exercise and learnt a few moves. Instructor was experienced in dealing with kids. Parking can be kind of tricky but side street parking is available depending on the time or day you come. In my kids class, it was one instructor to 2 kids ratio, but your mileage may vary.

Taekwondo classes are very fun, training spaces are well-maintained! Master Tong is very dedicated to the sport and always sets her students up for success for competitions or promotion tests. The only qualm I have is that the studio can get quite stuffy in the summer.

A very good martial arts school offering Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Kickboxing (beginner to advanced level) classes to all age groups. In addition to the dojo area, they have a separate spacious weight training area.The coaches are very experienced and highly professional, and the classes are fun, friendly, and disciplined. Students are given the opportunity to participate in the provincial and national competitions.I have been training with Master Tong for over six years and with her guidance, encouragement, and support competed in various online and in-person Taekwondo competitions.

My son has been training under Master Tong for many years now even before the inception of Vector Training Centre.I am continuously impressed and inspired by her dedication and passion towards her craft and commitment to creating a difference in people’s lives through martial arts. She is patient and deliberate with all her students and is always looking out for everyone’s wellbeing and rooting for their success. A Master and instructor like her is very hard to come by and I knew from the very beginning that my son would thrive the most under her guidance.It brings me great joy to see my son improve in the level of skill and discipline over the years and he continues to blossom both physically and mentally.I truly believe that there is no other martial arts studio that will provide the level of care and personable service that you will receive at Vector.We look forward to being a part of the Vector Training Centre family for many more years to come!

My daughters have been training at the Vector Training Centre for some time now, and I must say that the instructors there are truly exceptional. Their level of expertise and skill in their respective fields is amazing. What impresses me the most is their ability to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere while also instilling discipline and self confidence. My daughters are always looking forward to their next lesson. I highly recommend Vector Training Centre.
