Good location close to SkyTrain and shopping . Priced competitively I would recommend to anyone needing a slip.Only thing I dont like is how busy traffic is in Richmond at times .

The new keener of this marina is gregariously selfish and a disgrace…. His attitude is absolutely rude. It’s so rare in vancouver to see this type of man.

Given all of the 5 star reviews with no words or context in them, it’s pretty clear these reviews are mostly fakes. Makes sense tho, coming from the utter slime what is the owner of this place. Seriously, avoid at all costs. I had the misfortune of spending a few months at this discussing excuse for a marina. Had work done on my bayliner 2858. When I returned to check on the work, I noticed a series of scratches on the interior cabin wood, caused by careless handling of a drill. When I approached the owner of the marina to rectify the situation, he quite literally yelled at me for even daring to suggest that his guys did that. Oh, he also proceeded to charge me an additional 1,000 for “wood”. Anyways, there are some people that you should avoid like cancer. The owner of this place, and the garbage marina itself, fall under that caragory.

I started a 6 month moorage agreement with Skyline in anticipation of bringing a trawler to the marina. The purchase of the trawler fell through after I was a couple of days into the moorage agreement and I had no boat to bring into my slip.Ann was understanding and allowed me to cancel the moorage agreement with no penalties.When we do get our boat I will be sure to make Skyline my first call to see about moorage.Thank you Ann, I hope to see you again soon.

I had my boat hauled out to do work on it only to be told that my contractor couldn’t sand the paint off the bottom in their yard. It was a total waste of time and money and frankly they were kind of rude about it too.

Great washrooms and wonderful views with excellent parking and wonderful moorage spots.So sad to see them year this down. Tell Richmond city hall to leave the waterfront from privatization.

Owners are very rude, condescending, and don’t value your business. Terrible service and the docks are in bad condition. Avoid this Marina as you’re not important to them.

Unfortunately even though I have been a tenant at this marina several years I get deducted for a deposit for a key fob I returned with my parking pass that they say they did not get. Make sure you return your items in person. Not happy and will not be using this marina again. Just on principal.
