Thank you Steve and your team we recently moved to Dorchester and we are new to needing a water softener and seeing ours was 20 years old and experiencing issues we called Steve and he came out that afternoon and gave us a detailed review of our unit and the benefits of the units he supplies. Choosing Advantage was an easy choice Steve was open and honest and extremely friendly and helpful. When we agreed to proceed Steve was back 2 days later for the install and WOW what a difference our water is much better. Thank you to Steve and his team for the speedy install and amazing service.

Steve has been very accommodating and the installer Zach very polite and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and explained the system before he left. Everything looks neat and compact into one area. Very professional, prompt & efficient service. We purchased this home with the water system already in it; a couple of months later we heard an alarm & had no idea what it was - called Steve & he explained what it was & how to deal with it (so easy & nothing to worry about as something in the ceiling had just come loose). Asked him about the annual service as the same time; we called ahead of time as requested - Zack arrived when we were told he would, did what he had to do in the time-frame advised & explained things when done. A pleasure to deal with.

Had to get a well pressure tank changed. Was easy as one quick phone call and a couple of texts from me for the team to figure out what we needed. Was able to get booked for the next day! Fast, professional and friendly made it such an easy process! Being able to text back and forth was a huge plus! Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone on the fence and using reviews to determine if they're worth a call. They definitely are!

A few days after our house closed, we/I quickly realized the water was terrible. Not drinkable, smelled terrible and was just NASTY. We did an extensive renovation on the house and didn't want the water to ruin everything we did, but we also new we needed safe drinking water for us and our pets. After putting a call out on social media I was directed to Steve and Absolute. Steve was very knowledgeable and knew the water Springfield is known for. The system wasn't cheap and certainly took a chunk out of our exterior renovation budget, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for and I can rest easy, knowing we can drink the water without getting sick, our house doesn't smell like rotten eggs and the water isn't going to ruin all our new appliances and bathroom renovations.Steve was also very timely with his communications and installation, even after it was installed, he answered our questions and came back when we asked him to look at something. Definitely worth the money and peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Steve and Zach at Absolute Water are amazing! We have used them multiple times since moving to the Aylmer/Springfield area in under a year. They are prompt and very professional with their work.We had an urgent need for a water treatment system put in our new house prior to closing for mortgage purposes. Within 24 hours of contacting Steve he was at the house doing an inspection to see what we needed. 2 days later he was in the house and had a whole new water treatment set up and functioning.Most recently we have had them install new water lines for our washing machine. Zach was once again prompt and professional with this work and had the machine up and going in an hour with new water lines!The guys at Absolute Water are very professional and customer centred. They take the time to walk you through what is needed and show you what they have done when the work is complete.We will always contact Absolute Water Treatment for our water and plumbing needs.We cannot recommend these guys enough!

Highly recommended! Steven and his team of water treatment specialists took our water from untestable because it was so contaminated to the champagne of water. Amazing communication, speedy and very organized installation. They even mounted everything to a painted board before install! Highly recommend Steven + his team.Being a new home owner I had no idea what options were best + much about water softener options. Steven took the time to explain different systems and the costs associated and the benefits/ differences to each system to ensure I was being set up with the best option! I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed in picking the best system for our home based on what we needed but also budget + Steven was very upfront about recommendations suited best for Us!It has been a year now and we have had zero issues + happy with our product.
