Worst buyer experience ever... Everyone I talked to was rude and completely useless. As the last person I talked to said: they are not technicians and they only order parts with a part number" so save the time and effort needed to support a local business for any other business and order your part on Amazon. They are that bad

Needed dryer parts and provided the model number. The parts were in stock and at a great price. I was provided excellent customer service by Eva. I have no idea why people order online, wait 10 days only to have the wrong part show up. Shop and support local businesses who provide what you need instantly.

They've always had what I've needed, and over the last 6 or so months that's parts for my washer and dryer! The two women working there were absolutely fantastic to deal with and definitely knew their stuff! They also didn't try to push any products just to make extra money. They were honest and these days that's hard to come by, at least when it comes to the bigger businesses.I won't go anywhere else!

Didnt have part in stock. They called their distributor found part 3x cost of online and no faster. Wasnt happy. They need to look at their costing model otherwise they wont beat the internet. It's too bad as I really would of prefered to spend my money with them but it just wasnt feasible. Great people. I hope they last.

They had the dryer parts I need in stock, which was a huge bonus, but they weren't genuine parts and only lasted 10 months. A friend had a similar experience buying 'OEM' parts for his range from these people that definitely weren't the case.If you want your appliance to work, go here, if you want it to work well, buy from a place that sources their products from the manufacturer.
