Erick was highly recommended as a home inspector in Sylvan Lake. I wanted someone with construction knowledge and he really knows his way around houses. I recieved a very comprehensive report and was left feeling comfortable with proceeding with my purchase. I strongly recommend Erick !!!

Eric was a pleasure to work with he is extremely thorough and professional, he made extra recommendations for sewer scoping due to trees surrounding the property.
