The first time seeing Dr. James. I found him to be the best dentist I have ever had. Very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable and is willing to share this with you. His staff is terrific.

I can not say enough good things about Dr James and his staff! Generally I’m very nervous of dental procedures and they made me feel calm and understood my stress! They acted quickly when I called with pain from my wisdom teeth and overall acted with care and compassion. So lucky that we have such an amazing and accommodating dentist in our area!

Was forced to seek major dental procedures during height of pandemic. Dr. James and staff provided professional care and safety protocols that made me feel very confident and comfortable with the services needed. The procedures have been ongoing for several months and will continue for several more with each visit being consistently smooth. Dr. James is very knowledgeable and fully explains each step in a very understandable manner. My wife will also soon becoming a patient of the clinic. Thank you for wonderful care.

I would HIGHLY recommend Thames River Family Dentistry. I commend Dr. Rohit James for his professional and caring service provided by him. I have had Dr. James examine me and provide x-rays of my teeth on my first visit and ascertain a plan to correct the deficiencies. Upon request, he extracted my upper teeth in order to provide the opportunity for a much needed upper set of upper set of dentures. He also installed two crowns which I am very pleased with. Dr. James took the necessary time and provided the required experience to properly perform the necessary impressions. Upon completion of the impressions, I was given the opportunity to select the colour of my net teeth within the plate itself. But, I preferred to have Dr. James choose the correct colour so that they matched the colour of my bottom teeth. To no one's surprise, the DENTURE fit perfectly. I required NO ADJUSTMENTS WHATSOEVER to the plate. I would without a doubt give his service a FIVE STAR rating. I would go to.him again and again.

Dr. James is the BEST! I am a new patient and suffer from depression and anxiety. Dr. James sincerely understands my mental state, is an excellent listener, and does everything in his power using the best dental practices to alleviate my stress. All my teeth are in bad shape due to my own neglect and Dr. James is going to start a dental plan for me so I can get my teeth back to being healthy again. For this I am eternally grateful. I am so lucky to have found Dr. James and I appreciate his very kind character and professionalism. I highly recommend Thames River Family Dentistry!
