Carmen is an absolute delight!!! Waxing appointments can be uncomfortable for obvious reasons, and Carmen takes all the stress and anxiety out of the equation with her gracious, professional, charming, and warm personality. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with professional care services, both in quality and kindness. On top of all of this, she took the time out of her day to provide my first service with her completely FREE as an act of good will, only requesting that I pass it on to someone else in my home community. I just about cried.If you're looking for an esthetician/beauty go to, she is your girl 100%.Thank you Carmen, for making me feel so comfortable and beautiful and for spreading kindness!!

I have been going to Today's Body and Soul for years. Carmen is an amazing esthetician and has never failed to provide amazing customer service! Today was my first appointment back since the pandemic shut down. I felt so safe walking in there with Carmen providing hand sanitizer, taking temperatures, along with masks and gloves (she also wears a mask). She ensures that there is only one client in at a time so there is enough space to physically distance within the spa. It really shows how much she cares about her clients! Highly recommend!
