Dixon Hall Employment Services Centre
If you are considering training programs, this is the place to go. I took the incubator program that led me into construction. A few months after, since I was homeless at the time, staff contacted my OW worker to track me down and give me my cheques. Victoria is a virtuous woman full of integrity.
