Best school in the region. Old building but fresh attitude. I've been teaching here for more than 25 years because I love the place. That should tell you something. Your kids are safe. Teachers are motivated and work hard. Students are strong. Academics, sports, arts, technology ... we excel at all of these. Your young people will have a great experience at Anderson.Earlier reviewer: Don't eat the beef patties. Gross.

Best Arts / Drama program in Durham Region. This school is a diamond in the rough. Don't let the older building fool you. It's an excellent school.

Other than the ever-present threat of carcinogenic asbestos, this school is great. The students are kind and always willing to offer a helping hand to younger students and teachers offer tons of extra help in nearly every subject. The school may be a little more run down than other schools in the area, but the students do not suffer because of it. 10/10, would recommend.

Teachers can be nice, some students are awful. annoying people. too many raider remains for one day. ceilings are old and nasty. wifi doesn't work when trying to research via phone. cafeteria fries are burnt and way too expensive, the food is also over priced. Hmu on ig Matt.yorke17

I have heard this school is great! I am going to graduate grade 8 and go to this high school in September! I already registred and Henry street sucks because I live near Anderson but my parents have to drive me to downtown and long way to walk there because it is far but I am soo exicited to go to this school! It will be the best! And, Anderson and Henry are rivals and I heard this school is safer then Henry street so yeah.

They don't care that I'm getting jumped at school. This school is a prison living day to day but there are no guards. The special ed kids are treated like cattle being moved throughout the school, fed then back to the same class and barn when they go home for the night just to do it over and over .

I think everyone in this school should pull up their pants. Not metaphorically, literally. Low riding is not a fun sight and I think your parents should buy you a belt. Another thing, I'm SICK of hearing the Move it Move it" song every morning in English class

I want to paint the walls a less awful colour, and I can't find more fitting synonyms. The running teachers are only great and only bad, no middle. The cafe staff are nice and sometimes they are nice to us KiDs. The students are nice" maybe decent? For the food
