Staff is great always fun to talk to the guys there Frankie Carlos and Christian always take care of me when it comes to the merchandise and price always looking for ways to keep coming back.

I have had no problem's

I placed an order online yesterday and set up delivery for 6 pm today. After waiting for a half hour I finally called to find out why they hadn’t arrived, only to be told that the girl who took my order yesterday- Aliyah- has “only been here 5 days” and mistakenly set up my delivery for after they close. I understand that she’s new and all, but I don’t understand why they would have someone so new handling orders when she’s clearly not ready to. I’m EXTREMELY upset as I absolutely needed this washer and dryer to be delivered TODAY and now I’m stuck scrambling to find anywhere else that will deliver appliances quickly. I warn everyone to consider going to a different location rather than this one.

This rent a center is great location to go..the manager frank is great person to work with.. will go again.

Although at first when they delivered the items, there was not much of organization as they left my furniture in a room wrapped. No unpacking or putting it together; the service they have provided when my items needed repair or replacement was great. They’ve took care of it right away! Very attentive to my needs after the mishap in the beginning.

Great service, great crew. Had me in to fill out application and within a few hours I had my item. So pleased, will definitely be doing business there again soon

Devon took my furniture to the wrong address saying the computer had the wrong address It’s not my understanding to allow this kind of treatment please call me and explain how this happened

This is an excellent location! My favorite actually! The staff is excellent they are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I never had a bad experience with them and I just recently made my last payment on my 4th purchase in roughly a years time. I ABSOLUTELY Love their 90 day option. If you can honestly make your payments on time they will literally call you and offer you amazing deals once you adequately fufill your first contract. You could even adk them to look for certain thongs for you. They cate Ashley name brand furniture that wad actually cheaper than the Ashlwy store it's self; and I looked on the Ashley home store official site for price comparison. I could not be any happier with anything at all at the Tonawanda st and location. Anil and Christian could not be any better with their customer service!
