They replaced the front delaminating fibre glass with checker plate as I asked and repaired some minor interior water damage and roof leakage. It looks great and charged me as estimated. Thanks Wild Mountain RV for a job well done.

I had an issue with my trailer and I dropped it off for their technicians to look at and it was a simple thing that frustrated me. The dealers were too busy to get me in so I was referred to this shop. They were quick and figured out the issue and that it didn't need actual repair. Their shop rate was a little owie but when the dust settled they did not need hours of shop time so I was pleased with the price.If you at frustrated at the dealerships being busy, give them a call. I liked the service I received

Have been here before and this time for an axle service on my camper trailer. Another five star performance by these guys. Noted attention to detail as they replaced a missing clearance light lens and informed me of a missing door where my shore line comes out and they had it in stock. Reception was great again and service was prompt. I’ll be back!

incredibly unprofessional. Took my RV there twice each time had problems with the unit immediately after. The last straw; Their tech work wet/muddy boots in my RV, when I asked him to take his boots off or step out of the RV, he stormed off. When speaking to the front desk about it(SAM), he said I was in the wrong and I am not allowed to talk to their techs, I asked what I did wrong he said I did not drop it". After spending almost $10

The manager of Wild Mountain RV is a superhero! He single handedly saved our vacation. We were in our final moments of packing our old tent trailer when the whole crank mechanism fell off the trailer. Not only did they fix the problem, he went WAY above the call of duty to help me. It was fixed right away and we were still able to leave on our family vacation within a few hours of the planned departure time. This man should wear a cape as he was our hero. Never in my life have I had a business take such care for a customer AND he fixed my trailer to better than it had ever been! THANK YOU, Wild Mountain RV Repair!

We had frame redone due to water damage after purchasing our Class C, they did an excellent job and it looks amazing. Mar 2020.More than a year later, we had no problems with the workmanship at all. also added the Camera System that he installed for us.

Have been getting work done by Wild Mountain for years. Always helpful and always friendly. They know their stuff and they do quality work and find they are reasonably priced. Recently got new tires and axle and brake service for my travel trailer. Can't recommend them enough. Trailer all ready for another season!

I picked up my trailer on March 15 2023. I have had a very bad experience. Extremely unprofessional.On my way home the plastic trim came off the right side fender, which was damaged by the tires as it came off. I pulled over as soon as I noticed.The two marker lights that were replaced do not work, including the right lower tail light. I replaced the tail light to check if it had gone out and it is wired correctly and the markers remain out.In regards to the roof repair, this was advised to me at the time of approval it would be patched with tin. The invoice also states this. The hole has been repaired with some type of plexi? And the rivets are facing down and not up. The existing tin is very rough and poses a potential hazard to any horse. Invoice states it was smoothed out and replaced with tin. Which it is not.Please don't pay top dollar for 1/2 priced repairs.

Wild Mountain have serviced, repaired and upgraded our RV over the 7 years of ownership and have always performed extremely well. Should I have an issue, it is resolved immediately. All the staff are friendly and most helpful. I strongly recommend Wild Mountain RV!

It’s a heat wave and our Air conditioner motor bolts came out. They squeezed us in as we have kids and a dog and got on a ladder and fixed the AirConditioner fast. 5 star service from Sam. I see why you are rated so well. You are all amazing!
