By far the worst Money Mart location to deal with when taking out a loan when you ask them to make sure the loan payment comes out the day after your payday and they take the payment two days before your payday when you have no money in your account leaving you in the red in your bank account and screwing up your Christmas because they did not listen to you over and over again I have asked them to make sure all payments come out after 6th and after 21st this location can go to hell

I se all of these 5 stars reviews and I wonder who wrote them.This place if is so full of bs.Extremely poor customer service.Exchange Rates when sending money are at least 10% lower than the going exchange rates around the world.Their aasociates make their own rules about weather a piece of iID issued by the government is vaolid not.You people are complete scam.

If I can give ZERO stars I absolutely would. The worse customer service set of skills on the Filipino lady who works the evening shifts. Treats you like you’re some criminal. I needed to cash my check that I got back from a house deposit to put on another house. And she said she has to call and verify the place yet I have all the paper work to show everything and all the emails. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THEY CAN And made me drive all the way from AIRDRIE JUST FOR HER TO ACT LILE A COW! She’s ridiculous ! Get a job somewhere you can take your anger out out someone clearly your not meant to be in customer service.
