Ordered a dark roast coffee around 8:45pm, and it was cold - fully room temperature. Not sure how long you have to leave your coffee sitting for that to happen. When I returned to get the coffee replaced with hot coffee, I watched them pour it from the same pot and microwave it before handing it to me. If I wanted that, I would have just reheated my morning coffee leftovers.

Went for a coffee and a muffin and had to use the bathroom.....walked in the females bathroom and INSTANTLY went into a full blown asthma attack due to the ungodly strong smell of bleach !!! ...THANKS TIM HORTONS FOR TRYING TO KILL YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!!

It's very frustrating when everything you ask for is Followed up with is that everything". How about you let me finish my order. I just went through the drive thru and was asked 4 times if that was everything. On top of that they got my coffee wrong. Somehow a medium double double which should be the simplest order to make turned into a double double with milk. The drive thru wasn't busy but she seemed to be in a huge rush to get me out of there."

I ask for fourcheese begal tosted with butter and herb and garlic cream . It was not tosted there is bare minimum cream on it 0/10

Placed a mobile app order for in store pick up. Waited 20 minutes after being served as order was not prepared, the order was 1 small decaf coffee, 1 medium black coffee and 2 timbits. What is the point of a mobile app if the don't bother to have it ready. Order was placed at 10:15 to be ready at 10:30. I left at 10:55. Horrible service will not return.

I went to this timhortons and the costumer service was despicable i asked for a fourcheese bagel toasted with butter and the women handed me a bagel thrown in a bag not toasted, not cut in half, no knife, or napkin. When i asked the lady why it was not toasted she replied “You just asked for a bagel” when i said no i didn’t she started to argue and finally when i asked her to toast it she started to give me dirty looks and before she put the bagel in the toaster she walked around with the bagel rubbing it on her leg when she finally gave it to me it wasn’t even cut in four pieces. do not waist your money go somewhere else
