Today I went for a massage with groupon deal. When I tried to redeem my voucher,for some reason I just can’t open it and the lady at the desk was very rude and insist to have the voucher number that I can’t open. I tried to contact groupon but nobody answer the phone and the lady said you should pay me $45 right now,I don’t have all day to wait,wow...At the end she admitted that they don’t deal/work with Groupon anymore. Then at that time I realized groupon must cut off their service/voucher with this company

I went here last week ans Had Linda, she was very good, energetic and very professional. I had a good massage.. (5 stars to Linda).Today when I went there, I had Mimi.. first she complained why I came so early (10:40am) when business opened at 10am . Then she called me fat and started giving me insulting remarks, after few minutes when she didnot stopped, I cancelled my seasion and want to talk to manager that why she or thia company has such insulting girl who doesnot know how to behave with the customer... manager wasnt there. And the girl told me that she just like to joke to which I said they shouldn’t be Insulting... Very BAD behaviour and service...

Pricing is pretty affordable. Staffs are friendly but they don't speak English well nor Cantonese so be prepared for that. had a good experience however. Do call to book the appointment though with covid their operating hours varies.

Really enjoyed my massage, the person I had was very sweet, courteous and very good at what she does. She doesn’t speak English but she has translating app and she’s good at using it, I had no problem communicating with her. Of my Chinese massage experiences, she does the most honest work. I Strongly rec this place

THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS SINCE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH.A friend gave me a 55-minute body massage (groupon) gift from iFeet, who doesn't want free massage right? I tried to book an appointment for SEVEN (7) TIMES in this place and every attempt was all unsuccessful due to the fact that the receptionist/customer service would always say that there's no other available time slots other than 11AM every damn day (and to think that they're open from 10AM-9PM). The same chinese lady would pick up the phone and speak in mandarin/cantonese who is very rude when she talks every time I would call.I won't recommend this place to anybody!

I have tried several massage shops, but I still feel that the staff here is the most serious and the most comfortable. Although it has no luxury decoration, I will choose to relax here.

I have been a regular customer of iFeet Massage with Linda for many months. Her skill is always outstanding and excellent. While the receiption service is friendly. I have been receiving message therapy in various places and this place is the best among all. The price is quite reasonable and affordable. I feel I am a lucky guy to have found such a good place. I was looking for a massage place and found that this is a 15-year-old shop. The technicians are very experienced. I have treated my back pain for many years. The receptionist is very friendly with the technicians.
