Park2Go Value Valet Airport Parking Edmonton

Parked over a two week period for holidays and when we returned, they had attempted to boost our truck and DID IT INCORRECTLY and fried the ECM. $5000 in damages, the report even stated that it was due to improper boosting. Took invoice to the location and was only able to speak to manager on the phone. He accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and refused to even discuss it. We are reasonable people and would have engaged in a mature discussion but management proved they were not interested. Will never use this service again and would encourage ANYONE AND EVERYONE to avoid at all costs.

Proud customer of P2G! Have used them countless times every year and the only place we park. Why pay for a cab to and from the city when you can drive at your leisure and have a warm ready car waiting for you in arrival home. Great staff, great service. Highly recommend!

Staff was great and friendly! The shuttle driver was informative and assisted with my luggage. They also assisted me at the reception area when I couldn't figure out how to pay on the app. My vehicle was already ready to go once I arrived. It was my first time using there service as I traveled alone this time, but my family and friends always use there services. And my bf & I always use there services when we travel together. I'll continue to use them and highly recommend them. They've always been great to use!

Stay at there competition down the road!! Left my vehicle with Park2Go because I thought the 'valet' service would be quicker. Not only did 3 Park N' Fly shuttles come to the arrivals terminal while I was waiting for a single Park2Go shuttle, they charged me additional time for parking due to me not checking out my vehicle on time. If they would have provided quicker service there would not have been a charge. It's a scam and a WAY overpriced for what you get.

Great service and value. I have used Park2GO on many occasions and have been always impressed with the quick check in and check out process. It is great to drop off and pick up the vehicle in a sheltered location. Friendly staff makes the process stress less. Nice to get AMA discount.

So convenient, and easy to deal with. I booked online, drove there to park, got a shuttle to the airport. Then when I returned they have a shuttle waiting for me to take me back to the parking lot and pick up my vehicle. They have easy online payment, or pay at the counter. Slick operation 24/7, all year round. I only use this place. Great people, and great place. Thank you!!

We have been using Park2Go for over 5 years and will only use their services. Prices are extremely competitive. And since we travel so much in the winter, boy is it ever nice to come home to a warm vehicle free of snow!! Customer service is always good and ease of online booking makes travel plans a breeze!

10/10 and we would absolutely use them again! It was so easy, and pain-free to use them. We arrived and they take your car and keys and hold onto them for you. The bus immediately takes you to the airport, and the driver helped us unload and onload 3 car seats, a stroller, and 3 suitcases. He also dropped us right out in front of the door we needed.When we got back from our trip, we easily found the bus parked out front. Hoped on and they took us back and had our vehicle ready for us as soon as we got there. They also offer other services like oil changes, car detailing, and heating up your vehicle for you. A fantastic service overall and I think easier than parking in the parking garage and walking to find your gate.

I always have great, friendly, polite and efficient service at Park2Go Edmonton. The shuttle service is excellent! My vehicle is always brought inside before I arrive, warmed up and free of ice and snow in the cold of winter. My last visit I had my vehicle parked inside on the final day and hand washed by the experienced team. I was so impressed - it looked like new!! I highly recommend Park2Go on Sparrow Drive in Nisku - your vehicle is in great hands!

Love this service! Shuttle bus always arrives promptly after we request it. Drivers are always polite and helpful. I love not having to worry about searching for our vehicle in a crowded parking lot.The best part is staying comfortable and dry when we load or unload our vehicle regardless of the weather conditions and season.The prices are incredibly reasonable for the level of service recieved.
