Joy provided excellent parking services. Very responsive communication, and smooth process to book/reserve parking space. Got things setup within minutes of applying, and all comms were responded to within minutes or same-day.Great provider, and will definitely use again in the future.

Nice customer support when I needed to cancel after I booked with them a day prior. They cancelled via email without a hassle. Joy from the customer service helped in this process. Recommend their service for parking in Seattle.

I emailed with Joy who was so helpful and answered all my questions. I saw the parking spot and it looked great, and sent in a deposit, but then circumstances changed and i couldn't use the spot, and they have so kindly offered to refund my deposit. Great company!

Wonderful service and honest to deal with. My six month parking rental in Los Angels was perfect. Their communication via email was fast and personal. WhereiPark is a great company to do business with. The service they offer is easy to understand and work with, and they'll have your parking accommodations made as soon as you need it. In my case, I booked a parking spot very easily and quickly but had to cancel the arrangement shortly after. With the help of Joy, a member of the WhereiPark team, they were quick to respond to my situation and wasted no time helping me in my time of need.
