In November of '17 we called on Mid-MN to inspect a home for purchase in St. Cloud, MN. Morgan came met me there. His notable professionalism was evident as he thoroughly covered each area of the home. I appreciated Morgan taking time to help me understand the process and the areas of focus. We called on him again in the summer of '18 to verify the condition of 2 apartment buildings in town. As a first time home buyer, Morgan was very professional and very helpful. He was patient with all of my questions and answered them thoroughly . Seeing as he is also in construction, he was able to give me advice in multiple areas. I’m not sure how this compares to other inspectors, cost wise, but it is quality work.
