They did an excellent job! It was nice not to be upsold when they came to my house. I would highly recommend ZZZ!

We just moved into our new home and hired this company to clean. They left trash in our front yard, they did not clean toilets or sinks which were filthy after they left, the windows and mirrors were smeared and streaky, one of our ceiling vents was left broken and they refused to clean any showers because they claimed it was unsanitary". Beware this company. I would not pay them a dime as their services are not worthy of attention."

These people did not show up for the appointment and did not return my phone calls. Beware of doing business with ZZZ's Carpet Cleaning, completely unreliable.

Left watermarks on my hardwood floors when they came to clean my carpets. They cleaned 7 rooms of carpets in an hour. Obviously not a thorough job. Wish I had read the other bad reviews before using them.

This is the worst rip off I've ever dealt with. ZZZ Carpet Cleaning is a totally unreliable company. My wife purchased through Livingsocial to have carpets cleaned in our home. I called and made an appointment to have that done. This was suppose to happen this pasted Monday, Dec. 16, 2013 at 11:30. Well that day has come and gone. I haven't heard from them either. I've tried to contact them at there telephone number but all you get is we are unable to take your call at this time. Please leave a detailed message and we'll get back in touch with you asap. Then a message comes on informing you that this subscriber cannot receive voice message at this time. I've tried called at the various times: Monday, Dec 16th at 1:35 PM; Monday, at 5:45 PM and again Tuesday, Dec 17th at 11:53 all with the same results. They already received the money, now I can't get the work or in touch with them. Don't hold your breath - the results your looking for are not going to be provided by this rip off company.

I have two dogs that will occasionally use my house as a litter box. Dave did a fabulous job! Our carpets are like new again!

My experience was great. Dave was down to earth and easy going. I got a Groupon for three rooms and deodorizer or a hallway but I only have two rooms and a hallway so when I asked for deodorizer he was very obliging and didn't make me feel funny for asking. He even did a tiny extra room at the end of the hallway! He was in and out and now my carpets look and smell so nice. Thanks, Dave!

I have used them twice now and have been totally satisfied! They went over and beyond my expectations!!! The job was great, the rugs looked like new, didn't take long to dry. Amazing, I would recommend them to everyone! I would not hesitate to use them over and over again!

Horrible. I purchased a deal for 7 rooms to be cleaned for $50. For one month everyday called and emailed and no one would pick up. Once I did hear back from someone they were booked for a month. I finally got an appointment and no one ever showed up for the appointment. I have called and stil no response. The deal is set to expire soon. I'm begininng to believe I am going to be cheated out of my $50.00
